Do you feel sad sometimes? I do. Even though many people think that I am positive, always smiling and happy, sometimes I don't feel great, I can not smile, I am not positive.
For long time I was looking how to escape from that feeling and how to switch it to one side. Positive side. It would have never happen. The more aware I became, more happy I was able to be, but when bad time comes, it's very bad. It feels so deep.
Neither positivity is wise, nor negativity. They are just two opposite feelings from one same coin. The more you dive in one side, the more you will feel another when time comes. Life must always be in balance. That is why Summer needs Winter and Day needs Night.
That is why as a human you are not a positive part of you and also you are not a negative part, you are "God" that is just a watcher, you are just a witness of your life.
That is the highest state that I have experienced until now. 💫

#daily motivation. I look for it in different ways each day. I seek it out. It doesn't just come to me, I look for it in every moment of the day from rise to fall. Especially when the day is a struggle. It's currently 3:45am. Woke up earlier than expected after going to bed later than planned. F ING tired. Do I get up? Stay in bed? Get motivated? Or lay there tossing and turning getting no benefit out of trying to "get that extra sleep" we never get, then walk thru the day tired and struggling. F that. I'll leave my struggle with the iron and feel WAY better. I'm reading for knowledge as I drink my BCAA's prior to my workout this morning. What's your motivation? What moves you from the inside? Stirs something in you? Seek it out. Find it. Hold onto it. Then use that F*^+ing thing to drive your passion in life. #positive#relentless

I know it can be very hard to actually do this because even if you have time you're really tired and exhausted after school. But if you feel well and don't have too much to do, you should totally just live your life and not sit around waiting for the weekend!
