So I am working on a blanket for a client but sometimes I find that I need a break from the monotony of repeating the same stitch pattern so I invested in this pattern from @maryjanestearoom to make my daughter a doll and maybe work in some for gifts too. I love her patterns and have quite a few. I think I will do some of the 🐭 ones after this. Guys there is something to eating the right foods and feeling better. I'm [only] on day 4 of tracking and fueling my body with better, cleaner foods...and I can TOTALLY feel the difference. Equipment without actually going out and doing anything with it is pretty much useless. Knowledge without any application is the same deal. So before you read another book, listen to another tape or watch another video...make sure you apply something you learned from the last one first. DO more, worry less!

It isn't just about what size we are but our energy levels, impact on sleep, how out immune system works and how we fuel our bodies.
Size does not indicate the level of health. It's what we are doing to our internal organs and how we are fueling our bodies that is important.

This is especially for my ladies who are concerned about "getting too big and muscular". Bodybuilding is not always about making the body massive. If you have the right training and nutrition you can SCULPT your body to fit your goals and body type.
For example, right now I'm trying to build a bigger, rounder booty while keeping my waist snatched and not becoming too quad heavy. So I built a plan with glute/hammy focus, increased my carbs and keep my fats low. .
