Yesterday was rough, but in the grand scheme of things, it wasn’t that bad. I missed meetings - but at least I have a job. I had to schedule a doctor appointment for my daughter - but at least we have healthcare. My car broke down - but at least I have a vehicle. You can’t get anywhere by only looking at the bad. The silver lining is there, you just have to find it. #positivethinking#lookatthebrightside
I was inspired to leap into speaking when I realized I had a passion for recognizing culture bias and expanding the tech space to include more people. It changed how I do things and got me to communicate with audiences on a large scale. If you want to learn more about the advocacy work I do feel free to drop a comment I'd love to respond!
I'm thinking 💭 I might need to rethink my no wine ✋🍷 on weekdays rule. I just want to make sure I don't miss a step 🤣. What do you all think? Do you need a glass 🍷 after a long day or do you wait for weekends? Thanks @livluvshop.
Negativity is something we always tried to avoid. We want to believe that by only thinking positive thoughts, you attract what you want in life. Like, law of attraction. There is no
thorough facts that can prove if it really works, but there is actually no disadvantage to be an optimistic and positive human being. I can surely understand that there are a lot of different factors that have lead people to negativity. One of the main reason could be money. The more money you have, the more safety and freedom we have. Right? Or shouldn’t we be happier without money? We are struggling right now with money so we can do the things we want, but I can guarantee you that it for sure does not makes us safe and free. A couple of years ago I inherited money from my sweet grandma and had this big amount of money. I got a strong relief and thought that, now I can finally get the stuff I wanted and be happy again. When I got those things I wanted, I continued getting even more things I thought I needed. In the end I stood there with a lot of stuff that only made me happy there and then when I bought it. In the long term I stood there, still not happy with the life I had. So when I met my partner in crime we quite immediately started to philosophize about what you should value in life. Money wasn’t on our list for sure. Money is just some kind of tool we need to use in order to get free from it. ‘Cause we have to realize that we are not living in a world where money doesn’t exist, but in the end we can only try to picture ourselves as self-sufficient positive thinkers.
Those are three powerful little letters.
I have changed so much since starting my health journey! And it started just wanting to change my body. But the more I learned, the deeper and deeper things got.
One of the most powerful lessons I've learned is that if you want to change your body or your habbits or your income or where you live or even the general course of your life, you've got to start by changing your mindset.
We all face 100's and 1000's of choices every single day. Some small and seemingly insignificant, like 'shall I have a cup of tea or coffee?' Others which are larger, like 'shall I buy this house/ car?' Or 'what do I want to do with my life?' But the easiest and probably one of the most important choices you can make each and every day is to be positive. A positive attitude is so powerful and only bread positivity in your life. So make choice that will make your day. 😁👍🏼💁🏻👩🏻💻🤳🏻#choices#positivethinking#positivevibes#positivity#makeyourday#lifestyleblogger
#WednesdayWisdom 💖 If you're NOT happy with ANY aspect of your life, you're under no obligation to stay in the situation or stay the same.
CHANGE is scary, there's no getting around that! But don't you think it's scarier staying in a situation that you know makes you unhappy?
Change 100 times if you need to but don't stop until you're HAPPY! 😊💖
