IMPROVE HIP MOBILITY with POWER BANDS.
The awesome @evercorelife with @instatoolsapp ➡️ The hip is a ball and socket joint. .
➡️ Sometimes stuff gets pinched between the ball and socket which can lead to hip Impingement. .
➡️ The "ball" needs to roll and glide in the socket and sometimes the ball does not move the way it should. .
➡️ Power Bands can be used to add traction to the hip by pulling the "ball" sideways which creates a traction force on the joint. .
➡️ This traction creates separation and more room inside the joint so there is less pinching. .
➡️ If squatting hurts, you eventually need to learn how to squat again. .
➡️ The power band can help you improve hip flexion as you squat so you can retrain this movement pattern. .
➡️ Power bands are one of the only ways to apply traction to the hip by yourself. Usually Physical Therapists or Chiropractors traction the hip for you. . ➡️ Empower yourself with the Power Band 👌🏽

•150g of yoghurt (I use alpro for the best macros)
•A sprinkle of Xanthan gum
•10-25g of any flavoured protein
•@myproteinuk flavour drops
•couple of handfuls of ice
And blenddddd until it's into a thick gloopy icecreamy substance👌🏽 pop in the freezer for 20-30 minutes, take out, pop some @waldenfarmsinternational syrups on and enjoyyy🍦
You can add fruit to make it even faster but to get the best macros I stick with the above ingredients👍🏼
180kg attempt there around 1 week ago form isn't the best that's the good thing about filming yourself you see errors that need to be addressed form went off as it went up more got it up which I was proud of but need improvements on the form keeping the back straight lighten the weight to one I can do correct form , gym session later pull one too so looking forward to it Happy Friday all ✌

There is a lot of research that suggests that by training one limb the other limb can also get stronger. Something I only learnt during my degree and wish that I'd known during the rehab of my other operations. I'm going to put this to the test now and see how it goes! Will try and keep it posted but it's a tough one, but I'll do my best! If anyone has any ideas of good exercises or ways to train around it I'm open to ideas!?
today i had a really bad moment of self doubt/self hate. i was scrutinising my body and my weight and just questioning if being healthy was really the right decision. luckily i shover those thought of self doubt away quickly thanks to the new mindset i've established and the self love i've built up. if allowing myself to eat 3 meals a day means i gained a bit of weight over the last year then fine. i'm happy to have gained weight if it meant that i learnt to love myself and my body. that i can now eat 3 meals a day without feeling hatred towards myself. so many people act like healthy = skinny, but thats not the case for so many people!! everyone's body is different and everybody's healthy looks different!!! you should never feel bad for eating 3 meals a day !!! we shouldn't shame people or ourselves for our bodies because as long as we're trying to be the best and healthiest version we can be, thats all that really matters !!! so don't be so hard on yourself or your body!! you're beautiful just the way you are so don't ever forget it!!! 💖💞🌟💗💓✨💕 #selflove#positivity#sushi#cherryblossom

I'm going into London tonight to meet up with old colleagues. I'm looking forward to it but I'm completely out of practise, so a little anxious I suppose. My hubby will be home early for the little man so that's reassuring. I definitely won't be over indulging though, as hangovers are not my friend!
