Today included some lateral flexion- Start by kneeling tall on both knees then extend your right leg out to the side without externally rotating the leg. Take a big breath in and bend at your waist as far over to the right as you can on your exhale, thinking elbow to knee. Come up to center on the in breath and then lean away from your extended leg to the left WITHOUT bending at the waist. 30 g oats
1 tbsp of pumpkin seed protein powder
20 g of whey protein (I used @cellucor molten chocolate)
3 oz of @liquidmuscle caramel apple (you can use egg whites instead if you want)
1 tsp of baking powder

Some #postcardio #posingpractice I have had to practice a ton. I have a hard time being sexy-confident, I'm more goofy-awkward. So the posing part of this whole thing has been hours and hours of smiling, walking and putting on my #confident face. Posing is so so important. You can work your ass off for that perfect body but if its not presented properly to the judges its all for nothing. So they say it only takes about 2 weeks for you to start noticing changes in your body and 4-6 weeks for everyone else to notice anything...well it's been almost two weeks and I'm definitely feeling my water weight go down and my tummy losing its bloat. I know I have ways to go, I have to get stricter on diet and my week long cold definitely pushed me back- but after a strong cardio workout tonight, I'm feeling alright!! 💪🏼😊 Also, i want to clarify that since this challenge I have set for myself is focused on 20 lbs., I'm focusing heavily on cardio and nutrition. I want to really lose majority of my weight before I weight train. I've done weight training before, but it's hard for me to track what I gain is muscle or fat, and yes I KNOW weight training also helps you burn BUT it also BUILDS. And because I've been a pretty decent athlete my whole life, I know my muscles will come "back to life" fairly easily, but my focal point is to get rid of all this fat that's been sitting here for almost 4 years of my life!! Cardio, nutrition, cardio, nutrition. That is goal until I reach the low 150's and THEN I'll bring back some more heavy weight exercises. Tomorrow's another day, have a good night everyone!!❤️💋
