Out of sudden I am so much missing of #junglebreakfastwithwildlife from #singaporezoo . That was a great moment to enjoy something unique by enjoying full buffet breakfast with #orangutan , #peacock And ... around us ... 😇
#breakfast always play essential roles in my daily life. 😋
Thanks @wrs.ig for inviting me to experience something special in APR17. 🙏
i hate those accounts who only spread hate to celebrities who had nose/ass/boob jobs, like ??? if i decide to do any job on MY body is MY FUCKING CHOICE AND PROBLEM, i really hope some day people will stop comparing us and we can live without the fear of being good enough for our ugly society, if we're fat, skinny, ugly, pretty, tall, small, brunette, blonde, etc... they will always find a way to hate on us. i really hope one day people will leave anyone live their lives ✨
#qotd : what do you think about this?
We absorb it. We move through it. It means something new as time goes by. We grow and become wiser and find ways to make the pain our healing.
It never has to stay in its original form. That's what's important. Pain doesn't necessarily leave us altogether, but it's our responsibility to make sure it doesn't stay the same.
Pain in its original form can keep us in our suffering....sometimes forever. But pain is malleable; our story is ever changing. And when we can, we ought to to find whatever we can to tell a new story about our pain.
Let me be clear - a new story doesn't mean we forget, it doesn't mean we don't experience sadness, and it certainly doesn't mean we invalidate our experience. A new story gives us freedom. We ought to outlive the original pain and its original story. Develop something new at a speed that works for you, but let yourself wake up one day having outlived different versions of whatever tries to keep you stuck. #mindfulmft
