Uma coisa que eu falei no primeiro post é minha paixao por a música, uma coisa que nao muitas pessoas sabem é que eu gostaria de ter uma banda musical, de rock especialmente, seri aum hobby, mais ainda nao, por agora gostaria de melhorar no violao e teclado, e depois ter um ukelele que acho que deve ser facil de tocar porque já toco violao, mais depois seria um prazer aprender a tocar violino e bateria. Eu sempre estou cantando com meus amigos, é minha felicidade quando canto uma melodía e escuto canções muito boas, acho que a maioria de pessoas devem tratar de tocar um instrumento porque e muito benéfico, e muito divertido. Meu violão é cor vermelho, eu amo meu violão mas os violãos de Taylor Swift são muito bonitos, gostaria de têr violãos como os dela, e violãos elétricos muito extravagantes. #music#musiclover#guitars#instruments#postoftheday

I use to drink milk a ton, 2% and whole milk. Coming from a family in medical and having scoliosis, I was always told, "drink your milk! It keeps your bones healthy!" Well, yes of course. But it is also not the best for you. For the longest time I would drink my protein shakes with milk/yogurt. No wonder I wasn't losing weight. Although the calcium is great for you - I learned dairy in general, every day, is not the best for a diet! And coming from Wisconsin that's a hard fact to learn! 🥛
I now only drink 1 cup of milk total per week! For a treat - I consider it a dessert! Water is my number one drink - I try to have 2000 mL per day. 💦
Today I was reminded that victories aren't just in an outcome, or easily recognized "win". Today I was reminded that sometimes being our own hero means doing the things others often overlook. Sometimes just getting out of bed and showered IS the motion that proves the self critic wrong (("you'll never be able to do that, loser.")) Sometimes shifting your internal dialogue with yourself (something others can't see) is the biggest win your life will ever see. Sometimes being a hero is a personal and private matter, and doesn't need to be celebrated by the world or outside viewers.
Clap for yourself. Clap for your damn self. Your victory isn't in the outcome. No, your victory is in any freaking process that gets you closer to operating more authentically, more kindly, or more compassionately to yourself and others. Your victory is in your vulnerability. Your victory is in leaning in. Your victory is in labeling something you once avoided. Listen to me. You're winning. If you're on this page and reading this...absorbing this -- you are winning.
