Sauté brussels in a little olive oil, balsamic vinegar, a drizzle of honey, garlic powder and cracked black pepper. Once cooked, add cranberries just to incorporate. Place on pan in oven at 400 for 5-10 minutes. Enjoy! 👅🤤

After the 30km race yesterday, we came to @runners.cafe to satisfy our tummy! We ordered the Ultra Marathoner (RM 69) & the Marathoner Salmon Spaghetti (not sure of the name & price cuz I didn't make the order), shared amongst 5 of us.
Food was yummy, tummy was satisfied. My friends & I enjoyed the meal; & all of us agreed that we had a good meal 😁
So today was the first day starting a pescatarian diet as well as cutting out added sugar. Seeing as I already don't eat much red meat I think the pescatarian diet will be easier than cutting out sugar. That being said, I already had a slip up with the sugar. It snuck into the Yum Yum sauce! But I quickly realized it. So tonight I did Ahi Tuna over brown rice and quinoa with Trader Joe's chopped 8 veggie blend and avocado. I can get used to this.
Early morning refuel made easy today with my pre prepped brekky in an upcycled @mocconacoffee jar! 🏃🏻♀️☕️I combined together some oats, LSA, coconut and kefir for my bircher muesli base. Then topped it with coconut yogurt, fresh strawberries and blueberries, and toasted coconut and buckinis to finish off. 🍓Popped it in the fridge overnight and that was brekky sorted for my post morning run today!👌🏼Love finding handy uses for my Moccana jars!
