Classic Protein Pancakes
Ingredients:
• 1 cup oats
• 1/4 cup protein powder (I used @vega_team vanilla protein)
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 medium banana
• about 3/4 cup unsweetened plain cashew milk
.
Directions:
1. Blend or process oatmeal into flour.
2. Add protein powder and baking powder and pulse until evenly mixed in.
3. Add banana and cashew milk and blend or process until smooth.
Use about 1/4 cup of batter per pancake to make 6 medium sized pancakes!

This combo is soy free, grain free, and insanely flavorful! I use coconut aminos instead of soy sauce and I’m telling you - it tastes better y’all! ✨

Stirfry dEATs: combine 2 tablespoons rice vinegar, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1-2 tsp chili garlic paste, 1/2 tsp ginger, 1-2 tablespoons coconut aminos + add sauce to saucepan and heat until it starts to bubble + add in veggies of choice (I did zoodles (cause #bgcsquashgoals @blondegoneclean 😜), sweet potato noodles, cabbage, red pepper, and kale) + sauté until carmelized and veggies are cooked through + top with avo and wild salmon ✨
