Heyho #fitfam ✌ gestern gab's mal wieder das für mich beste/leckerste, vegane #muskelfutter Gericht: Linsen-Reis-Pfanne mit Brokkoli und Erdnussbutter 👌 Für eine Portion: 200g Brokkoli blanchieren, 100 rote Linsen kochen, sowie 40g Reis. Eine Lauchzwiebel, 1/2 Paprika und 4 Cocktailtomaten klein schneiden und in 3g Kokosöl andünsten. Reis, Linsen und Brokkoli hinzugeben, sowie 20g Erdnussmus und italienische TK Kräuter. Alles gut vermischen und mit Salz, Pfeffer und Cumin/Kreuzkümmel abschmecken. Macht defititiv gut satt und enthält viele Proteine und gesunde Fettsäuren 😉 Macros: 773 kcal, 103 c, 45 p, 15 f

Jared's coming home a bit early to let me go out for coffee by myself and do some writing 😍 so I wanted to leave him with a treat. The recipes on the blog and also in  ebook for cookie dough ice cream. Just be warned, you'll likely eat whatever you make which is why the recipe just makes a few 😉😜. I usually use mini chocolate chips but I use a bar of @pure7chocolate 100% dark in these to make them even less sweet. You can also halve the maple syrup to keep the sugar down and make it cleaner. I killed my shoulders this morning & that means that I can barely lift my arms, which also means I'm going to have one hell of a time cooking breakfast. I need simple, I need quick, I need FUEL. Honestly, it doesn't take a smörgåsbord of ingredients to make me happy beyond my tastebud's content with minimal effort.

For this gorgeous bowl right here I mixed: 
1/3 cup of @acairoots Juice
2 scoops of @sproutliving Chocolate Maca Protein 
3 whole strawberries
1/2 cup of frozen raspberries 
The smoothie by itself is a filling snack after a gym workout (just add more juice to make it more liquid), but me being me, I had to make it into a smoothie bowl
For toppings I added:
2 sliced strawberries 
1/4 ish cup of @onedegreeorganics Quinoa Cacao Sprouted Oats Granola
1/3 cup of sliced almonds (which help control blood sugar levels and keep you full and satisfied, I got these super cheap at my local supermarket, and they're a perfect topping for a variety of meals)
This came out to be 400 calories, with a lot of protein and low fat, so it's a great meal if you're looking to keep your body full and energized!

For this gorgeous bowl right here I mixed: 1/3 cup of @acairoots Juice 2 scoops of @sproutliving Chocolate Maca Protein 3 whole strawberries 1/2 cup of frozen raspberries The smoothie by itself is a filling snack after a gym workout (just add more juice to make it more liquid), but me being me, I had to make it into a smoothie bowl For toppings I added: 2 sliced strawberries 1/4 ish cup of @onedegreeorganics Quinoa Cacao Sprouted Oats Granola 1/3 cup of sliced almonds (which help control blood sugar levels and keep you full and satisfied, I got these super cheap at my local supermarket, and they're a perfect topping for a variety of meals) This came out to be 400 calories, with a lot of protein and low fat, so it's a great meal if you're looking to keep your body full and energized!

After feeling under the weather yesterday, my body is craving wholesome, fresh food so my carb cycle has gone out the window for the day & I'm tucking in to this bowl of goodness 🙌🏼 When it comes to my carb cycle - I don't worry too much about carbs from fruit & veg anyway. If you haven't noticed by now I love my eggs and avocado 😍 haha! 2 boiled eggs, half an avocado, and quinoa and veggies (with a bunch of spices I threw in). I can't express how important it is to nourish your body properly but also it's so crucial to do in a way that is sustainable and makes you happy and feel good. It shouldn't be torture and you shouldn't be forcing yourself to eat in a way that  you don't want to. Try new things, learn what works best for you and your body and learn to live a lifestyle that you enjoy and want to continue! ☺️
