Yes this is a paleo, low carb high fat/protein meal... thats probably what your PT will say... except instead of thinking about the macros when u prepare a meal, I encourage you to start thinking about how it is going to make you FEEL and what parts of your body certain foods are going to affect (you can do this with junk food too so you can build more awareness around how it REALLY makes you feel & if that feeling is worth it!)!🙏
These foods make me feel extremely nourished, light & as though I have abundant, clean energy my mind and body can run off for hours without me getting anxious or cranky (My poor bf cops my evil wrath when I haven’t eaten enough/managed my energy intake for the day👹). When I sit down to eat my food I like to think about how all the different items on my plate will benefit my body, eg. Salmon lubricates my neurons, primes my brain, puts the inflammatory fire out, makes my hormones happy AF and moisturizes my skin and hair! 👸✨ Broccoli gives my liver an excellent helping hand 🤝🌳 Coriander cleanses my tissues of heavy metals (important when consuming fish!) 💦 Veggies provide an array of phytochemicals/micronutrients & food for the bugs in my gut!🌈👾 Eating MINDFULLY & SLOWLY is one simple and highly affective strategy that soooo easily gets overlooked when it comes to all bloating/reflux/digestive complaints and even weight management! Let's talk about gaining weight! This is something that has been playing on my mind for a while. I am slim, very slim. I know I am and every tells me I am and I am bored of it. I feel strong, and I think I look pretty healthy but my body doesn't function as it should and hasn't done since my mid teens (if ya get my drift). I have got too comfortable at this size even though I know it is not necessarily the best for me. Every year I say I am going to do it and a year later I am the same weight give or take a kilo. But this time I want to make a change for good because #gainingweightiscool.
1) I believe with a little extra weight I could absolutely smash my fitness goals being able to lift heavier, run further and really push myself 
2) I am almost 21 - I wanna look like I am 21! 
3) I want to know that I am going into my twenties optimising the healthy of future me 
4) some extra kgs would give me the peach 🍑 that I want!!!So for the next couple of months I am really going to push myself, whilst being as intuitive as possible, and get the ball rolling. At the minute I am dabbling its time to commit completely 👊🏼anyway sorry if I bored you and didn't want to know any of that. Here is my breakfast yoghurt bowl - half a pot of @provamel soy yoghurt, topped with a sliced banana, frozen berries @ohsheglows homemade protein bars and some syrup.

Let's talk about gaining weight! This is something that has been playing on my mind for a while. I am slim, very slim. I know I am and every tells me I am and I am bored of it. I feel strong, and I think I look pretty healthy but my body doesn't function as it should and hasn't done since my mid teens (if ya get my drift). I have got too comfortable at this size even though I know it is not necessarily the best for me. Every year I say I am going to do it and a year later I am the same weight give or take a kilo. But this time I want to make a change for good because #gainingweightiscool . 1) I believe with a little extra weight I could absolutely smash my fitness goals being able to lift heavier, run further and really push myself 2) I am almost 21 - I wanna look like I am 21! 3) I want to know that I am going into my twenties optimising the healthy of future me 4) some extra kgs would give me the peach 🍑 that I want!!!So for the next couple of months I am really going to push myself, whilst being as intuitive as possible, and get the ball rolling. At the minute I am dabbling its time to commit completely 👊🏼anyway sorry if I bored you and didn't want to know any of that.
