One of the benefits of composting is all the bonus plants you find popping up in your garden. I just found this germinated stone fruit seed growing amongst the brasicas. That's the 4th one this year!
I've potted it up and I'll plant it out when I know where I want it to go. Although it won't bare edible fruit for many years, it's a beautiful tree and our planet needs us to plant as many as we can.
Have you grown fruit trees from seed? Did they bare fruit you could eat? I'd love to hear your success stories, tell us what you've grown. 😊✌💚🌱
