Just some oober light front squats 145x4x10. Noticed that front squats and high bar puts more stress on my si joints. So I'll probably be sticking to my mid bar back squats till my pelvic inflammation goes down 🤷🏻♀️ I have noticed I can fire up my glutes like crazy ever since I got my pelvis adjusted. Maybe my butt will really start growing now 🤔🤔🤔
