Guinea fowl is an excellent alternative to chicken. It is low in fat, and rich in vitamins such as vitamins E, B1 and B2 and minerals such as magnesium, calcium and iron.
Prepped some chicken and potatoes tonight, for the seasonings i used balsamic vinegar, curry powder, rosemary, pepper, oregano and olive oil tossed everything together and put into oven for an hour! And for veggies i did some green string beans.
