Bent rows are one of the most tried and true mass builders for the back. The problem is that most people put themselves in a compromised position when executing them. In a society plagued with lower back pain, I'd really like to see you work to avoid that.
🔹If you have two boxes of an appropriate height, use them (they were busy, so plates can be substituted if need be).
🔹Utilize a weight that you consider "heavy" but is still controllable.
🔹Perform these rows with an explosive contraction (up), and use control in returning to the starting position.
🔥If you care about your friends, tag them to save their lower back!👍
