“ I fear not the man who practices 10,000 kicks once, but fear the man who practices one kick 10,000 times” -Bruce Lee .
• What helped me get better at every lift or movement was running it in a crossfit wod. The constant repetition of cleans, power snatches, or even movements like Kipping chest to bar. All became better because I have done it probably 10,000 times
Chest to bar (muscle up every 5) .

When it's not actually raining so you can use one of your many leather backpacks. Or, maybe this should be titled "the things you told yourself you won't happen to take with you on vacation even though they'd fit in your carry on..."
Do all entrepreneurs and small business owners feel weird when you're faced with a day off/a long vacation? As someone who has run my own freelance career on and off for 7 years, I always feel a little guilty taking an actual WEEK of FULL days off. Won't I get bored?
I always try to do something "productive" early in the morning, or READ something productive, when I'm away. Maybe it was @remoteyear, disguising a year of work as a year of 'vacation', but I love putting in a few hours of design and illustration on a "lazy day", or coming up with innovative products or services during fun conversations or time spent in a hammock. #workaholic anyone? I actually think this can be a bit detrimental, because I never end up charging as much for the work I do in my "down time". But sometimes, your strengths don't FEEL like your strengths simply because they feel easier. Resolution? Charge what you're worth, find ways to recharge, and maybe leave the day planner at home. (Fingers might have been crossed on that last one 😉📒✏️).
