A survival situation is not the time to panic. You are more likely to survive a difficult situation if you stay level headed and focus on maintaining a positive and proactive attitude.
Firstly, keep a realistic outlook and develop a plan, create an inventory of the resources you have and identify the critical tasks required for survival (water, shelter, warmth).

Who’s meal prepping this week?!!! I usually cook 8-10 meals each time and it takes me only one hour including clean up! Lots of variety! I love ground turkey, grilled chicken, salmon, or cod for protein, OH and of course EGGS... my favorite veggies are zuchinni, Brussels sprouts, and asparagus... for carbs I do sweet potato or brown rice. Also remember to add healthy fats in each day like peanut butter or avocado!
