Still waiting to hear what image @dawnh_130 wants to use but both her and I always wanted to use this image as her Magazine Cover for Contest been having going on to find the idea Cover Girl for My First Magazine. She's been on broad from the start and I felt it was time to use some of her images from the last time we work together. She's always love this image so and resenting cant stop thinking about it so wanted use it for New Magazine Cover for the contest. The contest started at $1500. when only had 5 members know that we done to only 5 or 7 felt should rise the price money to $3000.

It's almost time for classes to start back up!!! Had a great summer full of camps and vacations and now I am back on campus for my sororities recruitment. It's times like these where it is easy for me to not put myself and my health first. After having 8 hour practices the last thing I want to do is pick myself up and go to the gym. On top of that I have to have the will power to say no to the cakes, cookies, pizza, sweets, and anything else they wave in front of our noses😂
I love bikini prep (or at least the way my coach has been doing it) but this is where it gets hardest for me. Following and nutrition plans and workout schedule is way harder when your surrounded by people eating cake and cookies 🍪
With all that being said, I have most defiantly let my social media suffer these past few weeks which wasn't my intention but I have been using the extra time to spend some time with friends and just relax and take time for myself which has been much needed.
From now until Christmas break I'm sure I will be non-stop busy but I will make it a point to keep my fitness and a priority and to continue to share my journey with you guys ❤️ Happy Wednesday #RachelWhiteFit
It's crazy how people are so quick to judge you for something they know so little about. If where you are isn't where you want to be, and are never willing to break through your boundaries of comfort to see new results then you have fallen into the REALITY ZOMBIE trap called mediocrity, also known as being okay with being normal, average, stationary, okay with being just okay. My question to you would be...WHY IN THEE ACTUAL F would you EVER want to settle for something average when you could have something great? This world we live in has a funny way of showing you exactly what you COULD have through show casing everyone else's success. And the ample amount of pure disgust that goes along with it because people 'assume' they didn't bust their A$$ to get what they have. Let's be real here any success, no matter how small, takes sacrifice and dedication. But it's our crazy twisted minds that we really need to focus on here if we want something we've never had. Change doesn't happen with a single positive thought but with THOUSANDS of positive thoughts, actions and the subconscious belief that we deserve this and ARE in fact capable of achieving what ever it is that we want. Growing them wheels. Had to take the day off yesterday lower back was messed up. But with stretching and foam rolling I made it in here today for lower body power. Shoutout to @sappernutrition for making a bomb ass preworkout #detcord that gets me through EVERY workout. And a shout out to @derock240 and @loudperformancetraining for sticking with me through this prep. We are sitting at 10 weeks out. I've had nagging injury after injury and being sick on and off but I've trusted the process and I've made progress I couldn't have on my own. We've got 10 weeks and there will be no slowing down. I WILL make steady progress every week.

Your scoop size is wrong.
Now that may not be the case for every single product, but if you haven’t weighed it out - you don’t know.
Sometimes it’s due to the product settling, different textures of product, or just that the scoop size is slightly off. I’ve seen some as bad as nearly double the scoop size.
This one right here, for example, is supposed to be a 27g preworkout scoop. It gave me 20g of preworkout when it was packed tightly. It’s due to the hydroscopic nature of the product, and so I just weigh it to 27g each time (ok I do 30, I’m a badass).
Weigh your scoops! It’s every company as no one is perfect and a scoop size is a generic measurement. They aren’t made specific to the product.
Again, I can't say this enough...surround yourself with people who push you to be better. This was my first time going to @jeffrey_martin_dwelle posing class and I'll be honest my own thoughts of intimidation are what took me so long to get there. Although I am my own competition I also acknowledge I cannot see the path ahead if I'm only looking in the mirror. Heels are off because I spent a little time on women's physique posing...maybe one day😉
🍩Currently it's 4:23 am in Vegas rn, and I am FINALLY laying in my bed about to go to sleep. It's crazy how prep is a roller coaster of feels, this morning I had a lot of energy & motivation and a lot of stuff to do from phone calls with people , appointment making , adulting , cooking, video editing and a long hard gym sesh (HIIT and lift) got ready at the gym and went straight into work for 8 hours straight then got off at 1am and still had to get my cardio in (40 min steady state on stairmaster) I was SO HUNGRY and tired and unmotivated on that thing I didn't know how I was Gona finish it but I DID. -----
🍟There's something about doing things when you most don't want to do them that makes u feel so lit up inside, that fire within me sparks like wildfire when my determination and drive kicks in. Sure it's not always there but that's where your building of character kicks in, to make u a stronger person so u can keep conquering every battle that will come your way in the future fitness or non fitness related. ----

Study break time 🤓🤓🤓 I am breaking my study into 30mins sessions. And have breaks throughout the day. I can very very eaily talk myself out of studying if i have loads to do. So this way its not a big deal to just do at least 30mins each day and if i have more free time i can do a few 30mins sessions
