We received a @cosoricooks pressure cooker for Christmas. Today we experimented with bone broth! We used left over roasted chicken bones (nearly picked clean). For veggies: Celery, an onion, a parsnip, whole garlic cut in half, and a hunk of raw ginger. Hers & seasoning: fresh Italian parsley, fresh thyme, black peppercorn (about 15), kosher salt. — Sauté veggies and herbs in pan (minus garlic and ginger) then add everything to your cooker. Fill until water covers food. Set to soup, lower the pressure, and cook for 2 hours. Allow to depressurize naturally and strain mixture through a mesh strainer for cheesecloth.
Stir fry beef (I used Stir fry cut meat beef).
📍1 pack stir fry meat ( I forgot how much the meat weight 🤷🏼♀️)
📍onion (If you like them; I love onion.I used all of them, or half it if you hate it but you NEED them for marinated with the beef). Chopped them in big size
📍4 cloves of garlic or more (I love garlic and it has huge beneficial for your body); Mashed them.
📍1/2 cup soy sauce
📍1/2 cup water
📍1 tsp sesame oil
📍2 TBSP of Sugar
📍Green onions ( You need them as well as marinated with the meat). Chopped them to be 3 part length ( don’t diced them)
📍1Tbsp vegetable oil ( Or you can put
another 1 TBSP sesame oil to Sauté the meat).
📍2TBSP Corn starch + 2TBSP cold water
📍1 tsp black paper
🎈Mixed the beef, garlic, onion, green onions, black pepper, and sesame oil together inside zip lock ( container or small storage ). Set aside
🎈Mix Soy sauce, sugar, and water in a bowl. Once it mixed, add the sauce to the meat and gently mix your meat and the sauce together
🎈Marinate the meat at least for an hour and do not marinate it over night.
🎈once it hit an hour, separate the meat and all the onions (garlic, onion, and the green onions), set aside the meat.
🎈Set Sauté, wait until the pot to Hot enough ( I sauté mine on the normal stove just to get the “burned style). Do not over cooked them, and over stir. Let it sit for 30 secs and stir and let another 30 secs to cook and then set aside
🎈Put some cooking oil in your pan in High mode of your stove ( I sauté my meat on the stove ), you can sauté it inside your Instant pot but I find that sauté meat in the IP not good enough.
🎈Once the pot/pan steam hot from the oil, sauté the beef and let it have “burned” mark 30 secs and then stir and let sit for 1 mins and take it away and put back inside your Instant pot.
🎈Mix your sauce, and the meat together. Set your IP for 10 mins high and then 5 mins Natural release.
🎈Once it done, open your lid. Hit cancel and put back to the Sauté mode, then give it a taste. Add whatever you think needed
🎈Mix the cornstarch mixture to the meat and wait until it thick lil bit.
🎈Add the onions to the meat mixture and serve it

One pot. 4 minutes. Need I say more? I’m SO excited to share this one with you guys. Here’s how it all goes down 👅👅👅 1.) You’re going to put whole wheat pasta, (it holds up better than white pasta) small pieces of seasoned chicken, (the smaller the better, you want it to cook through in the 4 minutes) water, butter, and salt in the bottom of the instant pot.
2.) Then, you can rest a steamer basket on top of all that, (yep, it’s fine) and add broccoli florets.
Note: Originally I tried this with the broccoli added directly in with the pasta & chicken. This works totally fine taste-wise, but the broccoli turned everything an unappetizing dark green color. I recommend using a steamer basket to separate everything until the final step, but it’s not necessary if you don’t have one.
3.) Seal the lid, seal the vent, and set to “Manual” for 4 minutes, (this is the default when you press “Manual”). The Instant pot will take about 15 minutes to heat up, and then the 4 minute countdown will begin. Don’t be alarmed if it makes weird hissing noises. It’s all good under the hood.
4.) Release the pressure immediately after time is up by turning the valve to “vent”. Be careful of the steam! Once the steam escapes, remove the lid. If you let it sit in there too long after the time is up it will all turn to mush. DO NOT DRAIN THE EXCESS WATER.
5.) Remove the broccoli and set aside. Stir in the milk and cheese, (you’ll need to stir for a minute or two until it all comes together- persevere!) and then stir in the broccoli last.
YOU’RE DONE. Wasn’t that easy?
This recipe was inspired by @pinchofyum and her beyond amazing instant pot Mac and cheese ❤️❤️

I was so excited when I discovered I could chuck my frozen solid ground beef in my instant pot and cook it! This simplifies meal planning so much. 🎉
1 lb of frozen beef and 1 cup water cooked on the meat setting for 30 minutes.
To turn it into stroganoff:
Remove cooked meat chunk and pour broth in a jar for later. Sauté chopped onion and 1 lb mushrooms with 1/4 cup of broth in the pot. Add 2 cloves garlic, 2 TBS flour, 1 TBS worschtershire sauce and ground beef. Separate the ground beef into chunks as you sauté it. Add the broth and 1/2 cup half and half and stir until thickened, season with salt and pepper then turn off the sauté setting. 🍲
My first pressure cooker meal is in the books!! 🥘 • Quinoa • Shredded Chicken • Broccoli • & hot sauce on EVERYYYYYYTHING! 😍😍 I started simple to test it all out, but now I'm curious - Whats your favorite pressure cooker meal?! #dinneronpoint#pressurecookerrecipes
Bone broth is an hour away in this pressure cooker. "Ole faithful" forces all the nutrients out of this frozen rotisserie chicken carcass, onion peels and sage leaves that were drawing their last breath at the bottom of my fridge drawer. 😑😬✊🏼Did you know onion peels are the secret to a beautiful amber broth?? They are also high in quercetin, a powerful plant pigment that has properties that lower blood pressure. ❤️. I also took some frozen sourdough rolls out of the freezer to thaw in time for dinner, because tonight is gym night. Also known as "putz around with weights and go sit in the the sauna for 45 minutes" night. 😄🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽. Ole faithful will cook my soup while I am sweating my heart out.👌👏🏽✌🏼💜🌈💜#simplefood#pressurecookerrecipes#tiredmomma#gymtime#homemadebread#easyhealthyfood#nourishingfoods#soup#bonebroth

Chocolate Banana Steel Cut Oats, made in the instant pot! And with only four ingredients (banana, oats, cocoa and almond milk), it’s an easy put together breakfast on weekdays.
