———————————————— 🇬🇧I can't really think of a better breakfast than vanilla espresso cauliflower porridge to start a really busy morning 👌🏻☕️ I just added some cauliflower, one espresso shot and some vanilla bean paste to a my regular oatmeal base and let me tell you I much prefer using cauliflower than zucchini because it doesn't alter the colour of the dish and it gives a more interesting texture to the oats ✨
I just topped it with the usual mulberries and @dorsetcereals berry granola, some fresh raspberries, pumpkin seeds, heart shaped sprinkles and obviously my all time fave chocolate aka the white nougat crisp by @ichoc_vegan_chocolate 🤤🍫 I wish you all a great day 😘
Bakers gunna bake! 🖤 hey what else am I going to do with a rainy Saturday afternoon at home??? Blueberry Bliss Cookies of Delight (of course!). Easiest cookies to make... ever! Ingredients: 4 bananas, 3 tsp cinnamon, 2 and a 1/2 cups rolled oats, 1 TBlsp coconut flour, almond milk to moisten and bind, Punnet blueberries, honey or rice malt. Method: Combine oats, cinnamon, coconut flour and mashed banana. Add just enough almond milk to firm sturdy balls of dough. Press onto baking paper and flatten slightly with clean fingers. Garnish with fresh whole blueberries. I like at least 5 berries per cookie. Spoon a dollop of honey or rice malt over each cookie. Bake for approx 25mins on 180degrees. When you take the cookies out, squash the hot juicy blueberries with a folk and then allow the cookies to cool. Eat eat eat... and eat! Have you ever seen such a beautiful sight!?!!! Made these cakes with Okinawan sweet potato, Greek yogurt, coconut flour, and an egg. TBH I reallllllyyyyy wanted these to be waffles, but that was a huge fail lol so pancakes it was with the rest of the batter. Texture needs a little work but the flavor is SPOT ON. I'll just have to keep making them to get it perfect🤷🏼♀️ .
Did a crazy hard full-body weightlifting workout today (tri-sets on tri-sets☠️) but the extra fuel from last night's margs and Mexican food got me through it😛💪🏼 .

Yummy stir fry after our evening hike up Blue Mountain! It got dark while we were climbing up so we had to use a flashlight to get down. But we made it and got stuff for this quick and healthy stir fry! Nomnomnom.
The first day of Fall and I’m finally ready to wear sweaters and cuddle under a big blanket. Also, to top off that awesomeness, I’d like a big mug of salted hot chocolate.
