Exactly what I was craving after a heavy leg day 😻🙌🏽🍑 Slowly but surely getting my strength up and feeling extremely proud of myself for doing so. 👏🏽 You can 110% build muscle and strength with a fully vegan, plant based diet. 🌱

Morning bowl consisted of 1/3 cup of oats + 1 bag @sprouts vegan vanilla protein (which was actually NOT very good 🙈 Thank goodness it was just a sample pack) 1/3 cup mixed berries + 1/2 tsp of each hemp seeds + cacao nibs 🍫 + 1/2 tbsp of almond butter 👅

Savory oatmeal. Say what!?
I'm not a huge fan of eating dessert for breakfast, so when I stumbled upon this hearty, salty, savory creation, I was sold.
I use plain, quick-cooking steel cut oats (Bob's Red Mill) for maximum heartiness, fiber, and protein. Mix with a pinch of greens (arugula here), and top with a poached egg and avocado.
Not sure how to poach an egg? Check the last post on my page! I promise it is so easy and quick. You can have this lovely bowl ready to go in 10 minutes or less.
Get creative with your toppings! You can add other veggies like mushroom or pepper, sprinkle in some bacon or ham, throw on some hot sauce. There are no rules. It's you and your savory oatmeal. Just measure your portions to fit your goals! 💪🏼
oh wow it's Monday and it's fall although i feel like the weather reverted back to summer 🤷🏼♀️ had to whip up some classic #proats this morning and top them with pomegranate seeds (which are low key the best) and almond butter ribbons 😋 bowl number 2 please? 😂 .
Sorry I was fairly inactive this weekend but I had a lot going on and went from healthy to unhealthy back to healthy mindset a bit. It's been two weeks since I've worked out and two weeks since I've been unemployed so it's been hard keeping a positive attitude but this weekend I reminded myself it was possible to have one because it is a choice. It is a choice to smile, it is a choice to stay motivated and it is a choice to be happy ✌🏻 so Im keeping that attitude with me through this week, and I am going to do awesome things 🙌🏻 Have a great week lovelies 😘 .

1. Monday mornings aren't so bad when breakfast consists of oatmeal, blueberries, peanut butter, and a huge cup of coffee ☕️
2. Comparison is the thief of joy. And you may be comparing yourself to others more than you realize. I encourage you to be aware of comparison this week. Fight the tendencies of your flesh and turn your focus to Jesus. Proverbs 14:30 says, "A tranquil heart gives life to the flesh, but envy makes the bones rot."

Good morning and happy fresh start to the week 💕! Today I realized I need to start buying bigger bowls 😅😅! This here is Banana Coconut #oatmeal made with @quaker rolled oats, and @so_delicious coconut milk, then topped of with toasted coconut flakes and chocolate @woodstockfoods tahini that I made 😍😋! It was seriously divine and my mouth was in heaven!! It's hard to think I used to skip breakfast because now it's my "easiest" meal to have since I literally wake up starving!! It's also my biggest meal of the day! And although scary, I know my body need a heavy nutritious bfast to start the day 😊
Yesterday was one of my nieces birthday and when we went to celebrate, my sister (her mom) made her daughter open up all her present and then was like "wait, you have one more" and handed her a letter, and she read it and the letter was super cute and it pretty much said her "REAL" present was coming in 9 months... a.k.a my sister is pregnant for the 6th time and I'm gonna be a brand new aunt next year!! 😀😀🎉🎉🎉!! I am so freaking excited! I can not wait!! I love kids because I do not want to have any so I love my nieces/nephews!!! Anyways, have a FANTASTIC day! Yesterday is gone, so today do your best 💪💕

1 OOMF Cinnamon Roll flavour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 bananas 🍌🍌
20ml of milk beverage of your choice
1. Combine all ingredients together and mash bananas using a fork until has no large lumps
2. Fry (to your preferred consistency and size) over a medium heat using coconut oil
Serve with fresh fruits, Greek yogurt and honey. Happy flipping guys
This is maybe the second time I've had proats in 3 weeks and I'm v concerned. Proats with the @whitworthsuk fruit shots, biscoff and dairy milk chocolate (because are you even #fitness if you don't have chocolate every day?)

Morning all!! I've been quiet on my insta lately bc I'm trying to enjoy what I'm doing and seeing friends rather than always worrying about having to update a post! It's freshers week and everyone is back and I want to enjoy it all!✨

Ive restarted my account because I stopped posting ages ago as I got ill for a few months and had to stop training for a while, but I also stopped eating properly as a result.😕
Recently I've been eating too little and not much variety at all❌ I've also been worrying way too much about some foods, but today I'm changing that, I'm going back to training, eating healthy and improving myself💪
I'm going to be posting quite often as I think it'll encourage me to carry on and give me some motivation.

Come rain or shine kiddos, there’s always time for breakfast. After 10 hours in bed (yep really) I’m finally feeling a little more awake. I don’t know what's going on, but my mind and body are so very sleepy at the moment 😴. Anyway, I'm kick starting the day with a bowl of my favourite - maca and vanilla protein porridge, greek yoghurt, plum, strawberries, peanut butter and bee pollen ✨.
