Had a pretty productive week 🤓 so let's talk about what helps me stay on track.
1. Make a to do list 📝I find when I make a list and can visually cross off things I need to accomplish I feel 💯 more focused
2. Have a morning routine 🌞starting the morning off with a routine always helps me stay calm and focus on my goals. I start my day by drinking a glass of @kimerakoffee coffee and a walk 👯☕️
3. Only take on 1- 3 things for the day. If you overwhelm yourself with too many goals you will feel like you haven't accomplished anything in your day and you'll end up being less productive 💀

Why she inspires us? For starters, have you seen her Instagram feed? We are in awe of her body and the many things it can physically achieve!
Beyond that, it's her mind over matter attitude and her brave story of leaving behind the darkness of what life was and her journey of heading towards light, towards happiness.
Yoga provided her solace, a therapy and healing which she owes her present happy life to. While she says it was a big leap and a slow start, she stuck it out and followed through.
A typical day consist of teaching yoga, practicing her own yoga, time at the beach and catching up with friends. Her advice: meditate practice and read the path to yoga sutras. Follow Jac @pacificyogi

The list goes on
All of these put me into a #flowstate
It’s like when a professional athlete is “in the zone”
It’s where life is amazing
The good news is we have the power to create this for ourselves, on demand, every day 💪
