For my travel time in car. I just purchased this on eBay with money earned selling a book on eBay. I never turn on radio or listen to music when driving, this should be fun. My old Dell laptop also has CD player, so I can practice in motel rooms and when at Wally's gallery. Yeah for me! #fredcowie#professionalartist#lastchancelifecoach#helenamontana
For me a big part of wellbeing as an artist is feeling confident to execute ideas into work, and this is often why we tend to stick to what we are comfortable with. This is totally fine if it's a hobby or you just have your style and produce nice work and are happy with to keep doing that, but if you want to excel as a professional working artist then you must have a practice routine.

ALMOST TIME TO GO TO THE OX. A few days ago it was like this painting of mine, full of warmth and hope. For the past few days it's been windy, overcast, and cold. When it was warm my mood was cold, with my hard work I became warm again. Damned good thing, I'd say. #fredcowie#professionalartist#lastchancelifecoach#helenamontana
Thursday art special: this 20x20-inch #TRex painting is the very last piece left from my 2012 Dinosaurs show. Was $800, but I'm willing to let it go for a mere $250 - it's time for this Tyrannosaurus to leave the nest, and I've got rent to pay.
#throwback to "Lovers" from my design class in my first years of art school. Gouache on illustration board that was destroyed by my fur baby 😑 I think I might recreate it, I love this mandala design so much. #2009
