When it comes to personal growth and creating the life you truly want, it all comes down to the pain you put yourself through. I’ve said it before but it’s so important to understand and embrace this, for god sake it’s in our own biology. The pain you go through is actually showing you what not to do, it’s trying to nudge you in the right direction. Before I was so focused on working hard and being productive and making as much as possible, producing as much work as possible. Well there is more to life and creating the life you want than hard work, because if it was just work that was required then the richest people in the world would be waiters, construction workers and teachers. They work much harder than their bosses and the owners of those organisations, but you already know that they aren’t the richest people in the world.
So hard work is part of what you need in order to create the life you want, or to use a popular term, to achieve success, but it’s not everything. You need structure and organisation in your life, even if that’s just a few minutes a day of writing down what you are going to get done. You need to show passion for what you do, become more of a perfectionist and spend time to make sure your work is as good as it could be, that is don’t just do it and settle for good enough. And of course you need to make the right decisions, which is the hardest part but it comes from experience, studying and reading books and of course learning from mentors.
But just like working out, you can’t grow if you don’t let in some pain in the process. It’s the pain that will tell you when you are doing the wrong things, when there is something to learn and when it’s time to change direction. It’s easy to excuse pain for something that was meant to happen or needed, but if you don’t listen to what the pain tells you, you won’t learn anything and you will most likely have to go through that pain again. Don’t run from the pain, don’t silence it by drinking or doing other stupid things. Embrace it, feel it, listen to it and learn from it. That’s how you grow and that’s how you can eventually build the life you truly want.

I love being around people that shares the same interests as me 🌹 we are the ones that help shape the world we live in today! I think the thing that our government lacks - just about more than anything else - is technological competence. We have some of the greatest white-hat hackers in the world here in the U.S., but the government seems to be technologically illiterate. @wearedefcon #hacktheplanet#hacker#programming#code#hacks#defcon#whitehat#blackhat#greyhat#mrrobot#codeforfood
