Battling a horrible winter cold at the moment so apologies for being a little quiet on here! Lunch break workouts have been swapped for naps and copious amounts of tea (not that I needed an excuse before). And I’m trying to keep my energy levels up for going away this weekend but don’t really have much of an appetite, so I made up this little bowl of goodness to get some macros in. Sea salt, cinnamon and cacao roasted nuts with coconut yoghurt, frozen raspberries and honey.
50g mixed nuts
2 tsp raw cacao
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp melted coconut oil
1 tsp honey
100g coconut yoghurt
Handful frozen raspberries
Sprinkle sea salt
Pre-heat oven to 150C, coat the nuts with the honey and coconut oil then sprinkle with cinnamon, salt and cacao. Bake for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with yoghurt, raspberries and a little more honey.

Day #39 Started with my Rolfing appointment with Roberto. Went in sore, left sore, but will feel amazing by tomorrow. Cardio done, meals good, energy is okay. We all got our flu shots.
