Einer fruit bowl mit Birne, Himbeeren und Karambole 
Und meinem bowl topping : der restlichen Birne, himbeer-püree und meiner erdbeer-joghurt Schokolade !!!

Gingerbread Cookie Oatmeal
(For real, it's that good...)
1/3 c rolled oats
3/4-1 c water
1/2 tsp +/- pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp +/- cinnamon
1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
Drizzle of maple flavoring
Cook oats, water, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon together to desired consistency. I usually simmer about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in protein powder and maple flavoring. Add your choice of milk if desired. Cold-morning comfort in a bowl!

For the sake of #efficiency you can cook up a big batch of plain oatmeal and just reheat individual portions as needed.  Choose your toppings and mix-ins according to your mood 😉

Das Rezept für dieses Protein Oatmeal ist von @kattis_healthy_kitchen 💪🏼. Mal wieder getoppt mit meiner Adventskalender Schokolade 🍫😍.

Zum Rezept🍴:
40g Haferflocken (ich hatte 20 Haferflocken und 20g Schmelzflocken)
350ml Wasser
30g Whey
Süße (evtl. Flavdrops/Zimt usw)
.
Ich habe mein Oatmeal im Topf zubereitet. Also einfach Haferflocken und Wasser aufkochen und ein wenig köcheln lassen. Danach das Whey einrühren und nochmals kurz unter Rühren aufkochen.
Und schon ist das Frühstück serviert ☕️.

Wanted to try something new this morning, came up with this simple oatmeal bowl, I'm going to try and add more next time I make it but today it was ➡️
1/3 cup oats+ 1/4cup @designerprotein vanilla protein powder + a little less than 1/2 cup @lovemysilk vanilla almond milk (you can estimate), after i microwaved all that together I added a heaping scoop of peanut butter, a drizzle of honey, and some cinnamon. Preparação:
Juntar a Aveia com a Whey numa taça/prato fundo e misturar. Acrescentar 80ml de Claras, envolver o preparado e levar ao Microondas por 30 seg potência máxima. Retirar e mexer bem. Adicionar as restantes 80ml de Claras e levar ao Microondas entre 30 a 60 seg na máxima potência.
Colocar como topping a Granola, os Flocos de Chocolate, Canela e Mel.

My go-to is  #peaprotein (@nkdnutritioninc vanilla is my personal fave - not an ad - like it because nothing artificial, and sweetened with coconut sugar vs stevia but only 5 g of sugar per serving, and it’s made from yellow split peas, a #pulse). In my experience the trick is to stir the powder into dry rolled oats and then add hot water. Next is seasoning, like fresh grated ginger and ground cinnamon, topped with fruit and nuts. And adding in shredded zucchini or finely chopped kale is a great way to fit in a serving of veggies! .

I posted this a while back but I've had a good few questions asking how I make egg white oats so I thought I’d run through it again!
🔸40g oats (jumbo are my favourite!)
🔸1 tbsp chia seeds
🔸1 tbsp flaxseed
🔸110ml milk
🔸110ml water
🔸2 tbsp liquid egg whites or 1 egg white

Combine everything except the egg whites and microwave for 1.5 to 2 minutes. Give everything a stir and then add your egg whites. I like to sort of whip mine in using a fork but just make sure to mix them in well. Pop it back in the microwave for 40 sec to 1 minute more. Stir again and then top with whatever you fancy!

Placing the pears on the hot, chai oatmeal gives them a glazed effect, and it tastes AMAZING. Buenooos días✨ nach dezenten 10 Stunden Schlaf (war wohl mal wieder nötig 😅) gehts jetzt gleich zum Sport, Beine trainieren🏋🏽‍♀️ Freu mich jetzt schon auf das große Oatmeal danach😇 Weil mich in letzter Zeit einige gefragt haben: ja, ich frühstücke momentan immer erst nach dem Training, was vor allem daran liegt, dass ich meistens schon sehr früh zum Sport gehe bzw es auch nicht so gern mag einen vollen Bauch dabei zu haben👌🏼 Für mich klappt es so am besten😊 Kommt gut ins Wochenende🖤
