Good Tuesday everyone 😄
So today was a Crossfit training session as always but I was feeling like doing something different...and boy did I find it 😆 I kind of went all sadistic because this killed my legs 👊😅 ready for the set up, let's go!
1. Rowinsane (nice name if I may say so 😎)
15 reps of kettlebell swings
15 push ups
15 reps of kettlebell swings
15 push ups
2min rest 😅 you're gonna need it...
For 2-3 rounds and time 💪😁 halfway I toyed with the idea of stopping at 2rounds because my legs were killing me but then I found my "screw it" voice and went in there for a 3de round 😂 finished it in 45min! Not too bad for a first time I'd say 👍😉
2. 10 rounds AMRAP, 45secs on and 15secs off.
- alternating dumbbell heavy snatches (18kg)
- turkish get ups (10kg)
3. Core routine
And done 😧😂! This floored me but I was glad to have found a routine than challenged me again, keeping this one in the books 👍😄
After that I was huungry so I sped back home to make myself a delicious warm bowl of protein oats topped with berries, zerocal pancake syrup, 1 oreo 😚👌 sided it with tea and fruit and I was filled up for the rest of the day! So glad to be back to intense training and good food, going to keep this up till the holidays hit me 😅 cheers everyone! ☕😊
All you really need in life is a close up of your incredible morning porridge...when it's as good as today's 🙌. I made this bowl with @Kokodairyfree coconut milk and @vegateam_uk vanilla plant based protein powder. I mixed in raspberries and topped with frozen berries, a mixture of @pipandnut peanut and almond butter, @rawliving organic cacao nibs, Greek yogurt and a sprinkle of @deliciouslyella granola. It was so yum and so filing! ****

Happy Monday!! 💚 Starting off the week with a bowl of chocolatey oats 💚 Oats cooked in almond milk with a scoop of @vivolife salted maca caramel 💚 Topped with homemade granola, @loving_earth salted caramel chocolate, chia seeds, banana, half a @goodfullstop chocolate bar and coconut chips 💚
Some mornings you wake up and want a green a smoothie, and others you just want chocolate.
Chocolate protein oats at the ready!!! These oats are thick, rich and hella chocolatey having used @pulsinandbeond pea protein which is super absorbent, which means more water...which means more volume!
A hefty 1.5 tbsp of @nuanaturals raw cacao powder gives them a beautiful deep chocolate taste. You can sweeten them naturally with 2 tsp of lucuma powder or add in a tsp or two of maple syrup or coconut sugar.
Topped with @nushfoods vanilla cashew yogurt, warmed from frozen blackberries, chopped roast hazelnuts and a sprinkle of bee pollen.
FOR THE OATS *40g oats (rest day portion sizes 😑)
*12g @nuanaturals raw cacao powder
*250ml water & approx. 125ml more to thin out when you add the pea protein
*1 to 2 tsp sweetening option of choice
*20g @pulsinandbeond pea protein
Everyone has their own method, but 1.5 mins on high in the microwave with the water, oats and cacao powder works for me.
Mix in protein, thin out with more water or a dash of almond milk and cook for 1 minute more.
Top as you please!
