Meal Prep Sunday!
This week I made breakfast for lunch!
VEGA Sport Protein Pancakes! 🥞
In a bowl mix up:
100g Vega Sport
1/4 cup Coyote Pancake mix
2 cups of water
1 egg 🥚
Heat up a pan at med/high heat with some oil. Once hot, pour some of the mix on the pan. Wait until you see lots of bubbles on top and then flip the pancake. Wait until the other side is cooked then remove from the pan and make the mext pancake!
There are so many different recipes online. I recommend checking out what looks most delicious to you. I took a lot of mental notes for next time to make the pancakes a little prettier and less blob looking haha.

GOOD MORNING! Got this morning off to recover, but my internal clock woke me up at 4am again. So what does Joy do? Experiment with a vegan protein pancake recipe of course. And this one actually WORKS this time!!! 🙌🏼🎉🌱
Can you believe this whole stacka pancakes has 55 GRAMS OF PROTEIN? And ZERO grams of animal products? It is also GLUTEN FREE!!! Go check my @MyFitnessPal account if you don't believe me! 😛
I topped the pancakes with two TBSP homemade vegan Nutella (recipe from @pickuplimesdotcom), 21g frozen raspberries and a date banana (58g) from my family farm! 🍌🌱🤤
Macros for 3 servings without the toppings: 89g Carbs/27g Fat/52g Protein!!! || Macros with toppings: 115g Carbs/33g Fat/55g Protein!!! 😍
Note: recipe makes 4 humongous servings and I ate three. Half a serving will actually fill a lot of people up lol. 🙈🐷 😖Definitely got overexcited and overdid it, but let's just celebrate the fact that I finally got my appetite back, after not getting any nutrients in all weekend. Now let's just hope all of this deliciousness will want to be absorbed properly by my gut. 🐷🙈
(REMARK: Earlier, I posted that this recipe had 34 grams of protein and lesser calories, but I forgot to plug in the extra scoop of pea protein I added to the mixture into MyFitnessPal. I suddenly sensed that something was wrong when I realized the Pea Protein was already 30g/scoop. My apologies. 😖)

YES. Chocolate Peanut Butter Pancakes w/ Bananas & Salted Caramel Crunch (such a mouthful!) for today’s protein pancakes 😻 Started off with @kodiakcakes mixed in with some unsweetened dark cocoa powder, added @vitalproteins unflavored collagen for that extra nutritional boost (helps with gut health, digestion, hair & nail growth as well), layered with Banana slices, and then drizzled with @bellplantation PB powder, @waldenfarmsinternational Chocolate Syrup and then last but not the least topped off with @powercrunch Salted Caramel bars (my favorite flavor so far!) ❤️🍫 ___
I’ve to admit guys, been really enjoying my weekly Sunday protein pancake stacks 😜 TBH I have pancakes everyday however its only during Sundays that I really get to go all out and share them with you guys, so I’m hoping they inspire you to make some too!!

Delish vegan sunday roast at the old firehouse in exeter - would literally just go for the gravy tbh 😻- gutted to have gotten steamed/ boiled as opposed to their usual roasted veg, but the potatoes were still a solid 9/10 and their sweet potato patties were also 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼! I've spent the past week helping out with Exeter Uni's freshers fair, where I was a team leader for the Guild's Welcome Team. Basically, we helped freshers around campus and town for the week, whilst also forming new friendships with all the other volunteers and making memories along the way! Apologies for being soooo mia recently, i've just been trying to make the most of freshers' week, as it is my last year at Uni! Starting term tomorrow bough, so i should hopefully be back for good! R E C I P E
• 1 cup oats
• 1 banana
• 3/4 cup Svelte French Vanilla Protein Shake
1. Blend oats.
2. Add banana and Svelte.
3. Pour and cook batter.
4. Top as you please — we used banana, berries, jam and coconut.
🚨YOU GUYS!! I'm so happy to announce that I've finally cracked the code on macro friendly protein pancakes. They aren't super dry like most protein pancake recipes turn out. // RECIPE • 1 ounce of an avocado (about 1/4 of a whole avo) • 1 scoop of @rspnutrition vanilla whey • 2 egg whites • 1 ounce of @califiafarms vanilla almond milk (just to add some extra moisture) • cinnamon • ground flax seeds (added fiber, yay!) — mix all of these ingredients and cook at 375 degrees until the start to bubble, then flip. I have mine topped with 1 tbsp of Hank's Protein Plus chocolate chip peanut butter. This recipe for me made 6 smaller sized pancakes which was just what I needed after my fasted cardio this morning! Especially paired with my chocolate protein - you guys 🤤😍 Macros on these bad boys: 43p/12c/14f — happy sunday!!!
🍽My protein pancakes recipe: 🍽
100 g oatmeal instant ( black cookies flavoured ),
250 g egg whites,
1 scoop of protein powder,
3 teaspoons of sugar,
1/2 teaspoon of salt. One of my favourite meals in the morning because it tastes very good and has a lot of proteins and fibers. I usually add some honey or peanut butter over for a more tasteful experience!
I had the most perfect Sunday morning doing some outdoor HOT☀️yoga under that summer sun followed by rose’. I have officially been off alcohol and sugar for one month and I feel amazing! But... when life gives you #namasteandrose you don't ask questions☺️ Will I still be mindful about my intake? Absolutely. But, my wine bottles are getting dusty and life is short #yolo .

Daisy here 🙋Sunday funday food - I'm sure I can't be the only ones who get excited over fresh figs?! There was a stack of them on last chance to buy for half price at my local supermarket earlier today and I thought they would be the perfect accompaniment for pancakes. By Sunday I'm usually so tired from a busy week and a working weekend, so I tend to treat myself to whatever I fancy. I made them fairly sweet because that's what I was really craving today but this can be adjusted to however sweet you prefer. They are also gluten free so another great recipe if you have celiac disease or gluten intolerant like myself
240ml cashew milk
1 scoop of vanilla vegan protein powder
3 tbsp of coconut flour
2 tbsp corn flour
1 small banana
1 tsp agave syrup
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 tsp of coconut oil (for the frying pan)
Blend all ingredients in a @nutribulletuk then add to a large frying pan. The mixture makes about 8 small thick pancakes. Cooked on a medium low heat until golden and topped with fresh fruit and agave syrup. Served in our all time favourite coconut bowls @veganbowls @coconutbowls
Banana Peanut Butter Pancakes 🥞🍌🥜
You can bet I'm still having pancakes every refeed. First time cooking with gluten free flour and these babies turned out perrrrfect! Great texture and fluffiness. Even got to share the goodness with @kailabjohnson ☺️☺️ so much more fun to bake and enjoy with others rather than by myself haha.

Got creative and made apple pie protein pancakes 🍎🥞🍏 (and got some new fall plates, #basic ) turned out bomb! 😋 **1 scoop vanilla protein powder, 4 egg whites, vanilla extract, apple pie spice, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1 tbsp. rice flour, chopped up cooked apples, topped with a mix of sugar free syrup, cooked apples, cinnamon, and a squirt of light whipped cream** #pancakesunday
Sundays aren't complete until you've had a big plate of pancakes #imo 🥞🍓
Single Serving Banana Oat Protein Pancakes:
🍌1/2 mashed banana
🥚1 egg (or 1/4 cup egg whites
🍯 1 tbsp honey (or sweetener of choice)
🥞1/4 tsp vanilla extract
🥞1/3 cup oat flour
🥞1/2 scoop protein powder (vanilla, chocolate or peanut butter are all good flavours!!)
💦 2 tbsp water
🥞1 1/2 tsp baking powder
Mixed Berry Yogurt
🍓1/2 cup mixed berries (raspberries and blueberries are great options)
🍇1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
🍯 1/2 tbsp honey or sweetener of choice
Mix ingredients together in a blender and serve over pancakes
Morning hike complete, followed by protein pancake and bacon brunch - great way to start a hot Sunday!
1 scoop of @equip.foods vanilla protein
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 cup blueberries
2 tsp baking powder
Topped with almond butter and maple syrup...they may not be pretty but they are quick and tasty 😋
