They wake us up with so much love you can't help but smile, we plan our days around them, we WON'T date anyone who doesn't adore our fur baby 😝🙋🏻 AND the funniest part is we really question friendships over our babes 🤣 They keep us sane, balanced, elevated, young, whole... I mean, my baby means everything to me! 
You know that just touching an animal stimulates our immune system?!! Our white blood cells (killer cells) respond to pets! Our adrenals balance! They are our therapy companions ❤️That being said our PETS HEALTH is so vital! They don't feed themselves, they cant talk human (although I bet they try 😝) to let us know if something hurts or that we are ridiculous... THERE are things we can do for them 🙌🏼 :

✔️الجواب: ما في تمارين حق المبتدئات و حق اللي صار لها فتره تتمرن، الفرق بين الاثنين ان المبتدئه تبلش بأوزان معقوله تقدر عليها و عدد التكرار يكون من ١٠ الى ١٢ تكرار ويكون عدد الجولات ٣ جولات لكل تمرين ليما العضله تتمكن من زياده الوزن وتعطي مجهود اكثر بعدها يكون عدد التكرار من ١٢ الى ١٥و الجولات تزيد لي ٤ جولات والاوزان تزيد بحكم ان الجسم قام يبني عضل و يصير اقوى فيقدر يعطي اكثر ..

اهم شي بلعبه الحديد التركيز و التكنيك يكون صح لان الوزن مو مهم بقدر ما ان التكنيك يكون صح عشان مايصير في اصابات، و بنفس الوقت عشان كل عضله تاخذ حقها بالتمرين. مثال: اذا كان وزن معقول و في تركيز عالي افضل من ان يكون وزن ثقيل عليج وتتغصبين فيه والتكنيك غلط ف لا راح تستفيد العضله ولا راح يكون التمرين صح، وفوق هذا يمكن يصير في اصابات مثل تمزق او قطع .

☑️لازم انكم تسخنون قبل التمرين و تسوون ستريجات وانا كاتبه بوست كامل عن ستريجات راح تلقونه فالبوستات السابقه

☑️وهم في نقطه ان لازم يكون في جدول حق التمارين على مدار الأسبوع، تتوزع فيه تمارين العضلات كل يوم عضله كبيره مثل: ظهر، صدر، ريول... ،او عضله كبيره مع عضله صغيره مثال (صدر+باي و بيطان"ظهر"+تراي)...الخ و مايصير كل يوم تمرنون نفس العضله و عبالكم بجذي راح تكبر او تبرز بالعكس بدال ما تبنين عضل راح تهدمينه لانج مو قاعده تعطين مجال حق العضله تسوي ركڤري "استشفاء"❌

وبالنسبه للكارديو "الرياضه الهوائيه" اذا كان هدفج بس لياقه و المحافظه على شكل الجسم تلعبينه قبل الحديد اما اذا كان هدفج تبين تضعفين تلعبين حديد اول شي بعدين كارديو .

Les dejo la preparación de granola casera, para que la hagan libre de azúcar refinada, más saludable y nutritiva 😉💪🏼👏🏼 Le puedes agregar los ingredientes a tu elección pero la base será la avena 😉🤗 INGREDIENTES: 🌰 3 tazas de avena en hojuelas 🌰 1/2 taza de almendras 🌰 1/2 taza de pasas 🌰 1/2 taza de nueces 🌰 1/2 taza de coco rallado 🌰 2 cucharadas de mantequilla de maní
🌰 3 cucharadas de chía
🌰 4 - 5 cucharadas de miel 🐝🍯 🌰 1 manzana roja 🍎pequeña rallada (sólo la pulpa) 🌰 2 claras de huevo 
PROCEDIMIENTO: 
1. En un bowl colocar la avena con todos los ingredientes menos las pasas. (Prueba si está bien de dulce, si deseas le agregas más miel o para hacerla menos calórica; stevia) 
2. Mezclar bien y espacir esta mezcla sobre una plancha para horno, sobre papel manteca o engrasado. (Puedes colocar un poquito de aceite en una servilleta y con eso frotar sobre la plancha para que no sea mucho) 
3. Colocar la plancha con la mezcla en horno a 180 C x 10 minutos. 
4. Sacar del horno y con una cuchara de palo remover la mezcla para separarla y que no se queme. (Ahí se va haciendo crocantita) 
5. Llevar al horno nuevamente por 10 minutos más...(Ten cuidado que no se te vaya a quemar) 
6. Cuando esté lista, revuelve bien con las pasas y listo! 😉👌🏼😚 Súper fácil, rica, saludable y nutritiva. 250 gr soaked dates
1 cup blended oats/almond meal
1/4 cup @purecocobella water
3 tbsp @powersuperfoods chia 
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
1 pinch of salt
1 @sunwarrioraus cut up blueberry protein bar 
50 gr @holistic_nutrition_protein 🌪mix all together and roll out into desired shape and size. This batch makes about 18 servings (obviously all for one hungry person like me 🙋🏼) .
