3 weeks i took on the Arbonne 30 days to healthy living challenge and I said goodbye to all addictive, acidic and allergenic foods. At the beginning it all seemed impossible but with Arbonnes healthy alternatives to all the above foods it actually turned into habit very quickly and it made me realise how much unnecessary crap i was actually putting into my body. I wouldn't really eat during the day being busy with 2 kids i would just run off my 1 large morning coffee, then come dinner i would have 3 servings of food. more often than not Dinner was pasta as it is easy to eat whilst feeding a baby and then i would snack on chocolates once the kids went to bed. By making the switch i have gained more energy and restored my gut health! ( did you know that your gut is like your second brain so it's important to nourish your body properly for not only your physical health but your mental health too!) I am so excited for the last few days of the challenge - so far i am 6 kgs down, back into my pre-kid clothes but more importantly i have gained my confidence again. I feel comfortable in my clothes and everything fits that little better. I feel lighter on my feet so it is easy to walk with a spring in my step.

Sorry for being inactive recently. I’ve hit a rough patch and have just been in a funk. Due to some personal things I’ve just been in a mood and it’s been stopping me from feeling motivated to better myself as well as going to the gym. It’s been almost a month since I last stepped foot in the gym—which defeats me even more. I’ve also done terrible eating, no accountability and no meal planning and/or prepping—ugh! On top of the depression I’ve been dealing with I got sick and that put me out longer. Its so hard getting in your daily water intake up especially when you feel like you’re not thirsty. @aladdin_pmi created this great bottle i got from a blogger lunch that helps you take the amount of water you take.
