Chunky Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Protein cookies!!! Swipe to the next pic for the killer nutrition info on these! 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼. This is one of my go-to protein cookie recipes and is so easy. Combine 4 scoops vanilla protein powder (I LOVE Vanilla Cake from @metabolicnutrition ), 3 tbs chunky #peanutbutter , 1/2 cup oat flour, dash baking powder, 4 tbs dark chocolate chips, splashes almond milk to cookie dough consistency. This is for four servings. 💥💥💥Cookie hack: for better macros but still great flavor cut the portions on the ingredients. For example in this recipe to keep the fats down I didn't do 8 entire tablespoons constituting four servings but only 3 tbs PB instead. 💥💥💥Bake for four minutes at 375. I always love seeing everyone's creations so take your own #cookievideo and tag me!!!! #bakingbodybuilder#chocolatechip

Working after college so I threw together this stir fry for a super quick dinner when I got home! Spiralized courgette, sautéed kale, mushrooms, red onion, cherry tomato and chicken. I used some coconut oil, garlic, nutritional yeast, pink Himalayan salt, turmeric and curry to season everything...took 15 minutes max and was super tasty!
One or two spoonfuls of chocolate creaminess may have been harmed in the making of this boomerang 😌😋🙄. Discovered this @womensbest.uk jar of Protein Cream in @bootsuk today and couldn't resist. I haven't inspected the full macros as just had to dive in and get my spoon in there ASAP 😂 But it's chocolate and protein in chocolate spread glory so what more do you want 😍😍😍😍😍
Can we just stop, take a moment and appreciate this thing of beauty? It's fast-approaching comfort food season. Some would even argue we're already there. So the search for healthy alternatives to our favourite foods is more important than ever. ⠀
This cheesecake, however, is made from utterly divine and healthy ingredients. It's vegan, raw and free-from refined sugars and gluten. And many of the ingredients are *our favourite* ...ORGANIC! ⠀
📷 All hail @thehealthyfamilyandhome for such a wonderful creation! ✨
Happy Pumpkin Season! This is my first attempt at a protein pumpkin pie and it came out so well I'm on cloud nine. I found this recipe on Bodybuilding.com under "Crustless Protein Pumpkin Pie" (although I had to put this in a crust for foodie photography purposes) but you know I like to customize my recipe so that they are even healthier than before so I added almond flour, tapioca flour and my own version of sweeteners with the Raw sugar and Stevia blend sugar by whole earth sweetener company ( for reduced sugar) I also used vanilla protein instead of the pumpkin pie route protein they use because you can always add pumpkin pie spice to enhance the pumpkin flavor. Some of the benefits of eating pumpkin include better vision, better sleep, and lowers blood pressure. It's also very low in calories at 50 cal per cup and rich in beta-carotene. I added a chocolate protein glaze made with 2 tablespoons almond butter, 1 tablespoon cocoa powder, 1/2 scoop chocolate whey protein, and 2 tbsp agave Syrup. Top this off with walnuts and you have heaven on a plate! #pumpkinpie#proteintreats#highprotein#fall#healthychef#healthybaker#nutrition#eatcleantrainmean#absaremadeinthekitchen#betacarotene#foodie#creativebaking#lovemyfood#delicious#yum#proteinqueen#oncloudnine#pumpkin#nutrition

A healthy and homemade twist on a traditional afternoon snack ➡️ porridge bread and homemade raspberry chia jam👌🏻
This jam is so easy and quick to make and so much healthier than what you can buy in the shops! I used frozen raspberries in this one but you can use any fruit you want - strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, etc! 🍒🍓🍇 Of course, you can use fresh berries but frozen berries are much cheaper and just as nutritious!
You will need:
🔸500g frozen raspberries
🔸3 tbsp chia seeds (I used a mix of black and white chia from @thechiaco)
🔸2 tbsp honey or agave
🔸1 tbsp stevia (optional - if you like yours quite sweet!)
🥄Stew the raspberries over a medium heat with a little bit of water until softened
🥄Add the honey (and stevia if using) and let cool a little 🥄Mix in the chia seeds and allow to cool fully
🥄Store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 3 weeks. I used mason ball jars from @ballpreservingau which have a great seal but also look so cute 😊
