• 25g muscle pharm cookies and cream protein powder, • 1 egg, • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda,⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
• optional: sugar free vanilla syrup (I used 1/2 teaspoon), and cinnamon to your liking!

1/2 cup water
1 tsp. @earthbalance buttery spread
1/4 tsp. maple extract
1/2 cup thinly sliced apple, sautéed with coconut oil cooking spray + cinnamon
1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
1 tbsp. chopped walnuts

Wow! That #ultimatebootycall workout is killer! 😓 I made sure to get it in first thing this morning (after some much needed sleeping in) because I didn’t get it done yesterday.
Also got in today’s daily moves and then whipped up this amazing breakfast!
Spending my Saturday running errands, cleaning house and planning for the week ahead.

Tried something a little newer & festive this weekend with pumpkin waffles! Here's what I threw in: - 1/4c pumpkin puree
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp coconut flour
- 2 tsp ground flax
- 1 tsp stevia
Topped all of that with sliced bananas, almond butter, maple syrup, and some more pumpkin pie spice! Happy Fall! 🍊🍁
