I find great enjoyment in making these dessert creations 💚 and since I have really been craving mint chocolate lately, this was a total necessity!
By using the #macrofriendly waffle recipe by @theflexibledietinglifestyle I can easily add whatever toppings I want based on what I am craving and the macros I have remaining for the day 👌

I am hyped for the new @slapnutrition Whey to drop into travel packs but until then! I finally got some of the old whey ordered (and gratuitously given a boatload more 😭so much love) after metaphorically stabbing @slap.prez with my usage of an unmentionable inferior brand of protein powder (Prez, I'll stop the stabbing. Promise 💜). I've been snagging protein shakes before my second shift because protein keeps me "fuller" longer. I say "fuller" because even though I might feel physically satisfied (kind of, like guys it's just a protein shake with cashew milk 🤷🏻♀️) it doesn't keep me mentally full since I do still find myself craving the energy the carbs give to me (which means that I probably need them). But you can catch me cramming my face with white cheddar rice cakes on the way home before dinner so...I think it evens out..kind of. 😎🤙🏻
