BOOTY CIRCUIT aka LEGS ON FIRE WORKOUT 💪🔥🍑😍
Since the wifi here in Sri Lanka is challenging, Ill share a previous lovely booty workout with you guys!
▪️Heavy Hip Thrust x 5 ▪️Banded KB Swings x 15
▪️Med Ball Squat Jumps x 10
▪️Prowler Sprints x 1 round (or do 10 burpees)
▪️Sprint x 1 round / or 50-100m on the treadmill -
Do the circuit 4 times 😄💪
...... And as you can see at the end (when I ran), your legs will shake 😂

When you have a Tiny Home... you get a Tiny tree. As you can see, Tawny has a thing for cute animals. 😊 Also this is the first time that we've gotten pics of our table cleared off! (We cleaned it off and it was filled back up with stuff within the hour. 😂) We still haven't gotten that blue swirly fabric replaced, but that's on the to-do list!

sled variation. Attached the phat rope to the sled with 40kg also on top. As you push away from the grouped rope the weight and friction increases so the push is progressively harder. Walk back and then rope pull to get the rig back in place. 45secs rest and smash it again for 10sets. #hiit#prowler#prowlerflu @worldgymmarconi
Striding into the final week before Christmas like..😈💪 My training sessions over the past week haven’t had much structure. My work schedule has meant it’s literally just been a case of getting in a quick home workout when possible, or making the most of my time in the gym when I can get there (or when I’m brave enough to brace myself for the cold dark weather!🙈😄)
When I struggle to workout, whether that be due to the lack of time, or motivation- My go to exercises are ones that target the ENTIRE BODY. That means exercises using multiple muscle groups because they’re the ones that’ll give you the most bang for your buck! 👊 (I.e stimulate the most amount of muscles & burn the most amount of calories in the shortest amount of time!)
Prowler pushes are one of my favvvvourite exercises to get all the muscles working & heart pumping hard! Particularly the posterior chain muscles 🍑🔥.
If your Gym has one of these and you’ve been wondering what to do with it, whack some weight on, get low & give it a push!🤜 Six lengths of this & I was DONE 😝😰.
Whats your favourite full body exercise & why?💖
I’m a massive fan of this piece of kit as it can be used for many training stimulus’s.
It can be used for HIIT, steady state and I also like to use it for active recovery.
I like the prowler as there is no eccentric component therefore can be ultilised for recovery sessions.
Something I’m a big fan of and studying more about with Joel Jamieson’s work.
You can only train as well as you can recover.
I strongly recommend adding in a high performance recovery sessions a few times a week.
