The name of the 'muscle building game' is the magic trio of; progression, time under tension & intensity. So if you can get hold of an arm blaster, as pictured, USE IT.
The curl movement is probably the most over used move in the gym, and it is also, arguably, the most butchered excersize of all. You don't have to look too far before you see someone swinging and breaking their back in the process of trying to curl more weight than Ronnie Coleman.
The arm blaster might hit your ego since you need to use lower weight, because it forces you to use strict form, but as sure as you breath it will get the job done.
No arm blaster? No problem, the preacher bench works just as fine with both barbells and dumbells. No preacher? No problem, use a bench. Remember that the genetic freaks grow almost in spite of what they are doing, not necessarily because of what they are doing.
A common mistake for the average joe is to see something that works for a 'genetic marvel' and think "oh that weird, 'piss poor form bull shit' works for him, so then it must work for me". That's thin ice, and zero gains is under it when it breaks.
So the rest of us need to use proper form and focus on quality, and a touch of intelligence to excersize selection and programming. 🙌🏼 ✅💯✅💯✅💯✅ Stay tuned! And remember, keep kicking ass & follow your dreams!

1️⃣On Heavy Weight Sets, I will Purposely drop my Back Knee. By doing so, I can Generate More Power from Lower Body to Drive Weight Up. Yes I’m sacrificing perfect form, but at times Cheat Reps serve a Purpose.
