Free range pumpkins. 👏🏻 Also affectionately known as “compost bingo”. You never actually know what it going to pop out of the veggie patch. 🎉 Needless to say, I have lost about 15m2 of my yard to this vine but with approx 20 pumpkins growing, I’d say it’s worth while. All pumpkins had to be cross pollinated by hand. A skill taught by my now passed elderly neighbour. Try going meatless this Monday! Here is one of our favourite entree recipes: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Place pumpkin on a lined baking tray. Spray with oil and roast at 180C for 25 minutes or until golden. Place roast pumpkin, your favourite Dari Table Hummus, tahini, lemon juice, ground cumin and garlic clove in a food processor. Season. Process until smooth. Dollop on top of your pumpkin! 📷 @via Pinterest
