I did something at the gym today which I seem to do a lot: I put my foot in my mouth! (Shocking! 😂) I looked at the movements and said "that's all we're doing?" It so happened that we were about to do Fight Gone Bad.... a big time bruiser! That was a serious workout, holy moly! Especially rough after doing clean and jerks last night. My "that's all?" Quote is now on the whiteboard today... and my current mood is Princess Buttercup level. Hmm.. Tiistaina työnnellää. Alkuun tasapainoilua työnnön pohjalla. Satanen tangossa sai ukon vähä heiluu, mut sillä sitä oppii stabiloimaan. Kuuden ykkösen jälkeen vaihto 1 push Press + 4 push jerk complexii. Piti hakea romut, jotka menee. Videolla 90kg ja 95 tuli vielä iha hyvin, vaik paineet kasvaa niin hyvin et kihelmöi ikenissä sarjan lopussa. 😅 onneks ees voima oli hyvä kun päälle ois pitäny kestää happoja mut innokas ori tappoi reitensä assault bikella jo toisella kierroksella viidestä 😂 nyt sit huoltamaan olkapäitä ja reisiä, et sais taas huomenna itsensä rivettää. #jerk #pushpress #splitjerk #pushjerk @firstkilo #firstkilo #reeboknano #mentalmove #kirrinmuuvi #crossfit

Do you ever find yourself at the back of the platform after your set of push presses??? This is a VERY common issue and Strength Coach and Weightlifting Coach @sarah_jane_rev has a simple fix for it!
💥Sarah's tip: Stay flat footed and put a little bit of weight in the big toe as you push straight down. Give it a try and see if you can keep those push presses in the same spot!
