So, after having two weeks out of exercise, one week back, and feeling like I had gained inches, I was feeling pretty defeated. I felt bigger than I had ever felt before, and I was already 56 inches of fat down. Smashed out a new trampoline fitness routine and an upper body blast class, then the tape measure came out. Low and behold I had lost another 5 inches since last measurement day. 61inches of fat, gone. Forever. Ich geh ja eigentlich lieber nachmittags bzw. abends im gym trainieren, aber heute hab ich mich für ein paar "Stromstöße" mal etwas eher aus dem Bett gequält und ein Probetraining mit elektronischer Muskelstimulation absolviert. #emstraining Es war auf jeden Fall ne Erfahrung wert und entgegen meiner Erwartung sogar anstrengend. Aber Gewichte stemmen macht definitiv mehr Spaß🏋️
Just finished 35 mins on the treadmill followed by 25 minutes on the elliptical.. also deadlifted a bit this afternoon and I still have this smile on my face. I absolutely love the way I feel after working out, very beast mode at the moment 💪🏼
You should always inspire to broaden your horizons, try and learn new things and explore your creativity 💫 My new take is #lettering which will be very interesting from the aspect that I never new how to draw nicely 🙄 So this art between drawing, precision of movement and your own take on creativity is something that raises my curiosity ✏️ What are your new challenges? 💫
I know I usally look like I nail alot of things but the truth is...most of the time Ive got no idea what the hell im doing. I sign up to everything then realise the night before I actually have to do this! I just learn to adapt on the fly and figure out everything else as I go. Im not afraid of failing, Im afraid of missing out on something because I was too scared of failure!

You’ve all may have seen a post like this a million times or maybe this is your first time. 🤗
We only have 24 hours in a day, so make it worth while.
5 hours goes to my classes,
4-6 hours goes to my first job, 3-2 hours goes to my second job, 2 goes to the gym & the rest goes to sleeping, eating donuts (...), hanging out with family & friends, or whatever is needed for that day. Sometimes my classes drain me & work makes me want to skip the gym, but I don’t. Even if I get out at 11:30Pm from a busy rush at work, I go. That means I tell myself that it is only 2/24 hours in a day. That’s all it takes. It’s truly mind over matter; sometimes I’ll admit, I have to look at my favorite fitness gal & look at her gains because of her CONSISTENCY & that usually pushes me to make myself be consistent as well.
I go to class. I go out with friends. I go to the gym. I go to work. I will & can do all of it. Of course some days I have a rest day, I have a day off from both jobs, & I decide to stay home instead of going out. In order for me to be successful in & out of the gym, I must be consistent. Consistency is key to living a successful life, friends. & I know each & everyone of you has it in you to be consistent in whatever goals you may have for yourself. Go to work, work your ass off inside the gym & outside of the gym, be a good friend to others & be happy. Life is so short & we are never promised another day. 🍂
Now, let’s improve whatever it is that we want to improve. Improve your body, your mind or your work ethic. Just try to improve each & everyday.
