👣Take a break and put your feet up 👣 So I decided to make some short strength videos today for you all to inspire you to work on your strength and after making 6 videos I’m taking 5 😂 They consist of 3 exercises each and focus on legs, bum, core and upper body 🤸♂️ So keep an eye out for those. My strength work really helps my yoga practice and people have asked me to share what I do esp when it comes to core and upper body strength. Im not going to lie...I’m by no means super fit but I’m committed to getting fitter and stronger and will share what I know with you. Im also not ripped but sod it I’m going to rock these leggings and crop top combos regardless as I’m passionate about inspiring people to feel good in their bodies...all shapes and beautiful sizes that we are✌️😍 I hope you like them. I’m loving my outfit from @fabletics ...it’s reminding me of summer 🏖🏝#exercisevideos#strength#inspiration#fabletics#bodyconfidence#bodybeautiful#croptop#yogaleggings#takeabreak#putyourfeetup#yoga#sharingyoga#yorkshirefitness#yorkshireyogi
You guys! I had the greatest time at the @sweettothesoulboutique market on Saturday!! There were so many kind vendors and a ton of wonderful visitors. I still have some ottomans left - let me know if you'd like one or if you're interested in a custom one as a holiday gift.
For a soothing, energizing, and odor-busting foot massage oil, dilute 10 drops of essential oil in 2 Tablespoons of carrier oil, then add ½ teaspoon apple cider vinegar and shake well to combine. Massage a teaspoon-sized amount into each foot, then prop them up and relax for at least 15 minutes while they dry.
Essential oils we suggest: Tea Tree, Eucalyptus, Thyme, Camphor White, Bergamot, Lavender, Lemongrass, or Peppermint. For a blend, use e3 Antiseptic, e3 Revitalize, or e3 Serenity.
