Today, i had a reunion with one of my mentees from last year's language programme held by our mother-Univ.
Such a memorable momment and good experience to know about each others and Austrailia.

My official acupuncture registration came through over the holidays, which means that I can bill for acupuncture now (as well as naturopathy, obvs), AND that those of you who have cover can claim these treatments from your health fund 📌🎉👌
To celebrate this (and help me fill up the books, while I settle into the extra clinic days - now that I'm here errrrrday!) we're running a *no gap* offer for acupuncture appointments in February. Yassss. All the pins and no out-of-pocket!
So, if you're local - or know someone who is - book in now for a treatment anytime in Feb. This applies whether you're an existing patient or new to the practice. Get ON it!
It’s a sculpture of ladders on what looks like chopsticks; and it bobs up and down. No, I have no clue what it means either but I rather like it. Find in by the harbour in Sydney’s Pyrmont. #art#sculpture#modernart#whatdoesthatmean
If only these walls could talk, the stories they would tell throughout the generations of laughter, beer, politics and revellers. We can’t wait to open the halls to Pyrmont locals again and begin a new chapter! Photo @lostcollective
The Growthbuilt Teams at our Harris Street, Pyrmont projects are progressing well onsite; with the final stages of the three level commercial fitout and 142 space car park on track. All slabs are now poured at the heritage Dexus site with roofing complete on the six level car park, and external façade works also close to completion. Carpet, workstation production and joinery is underway with levels five, six and seven of the new commercial space in the final stages of installation. Great teamwork to those involved in bringing this iconic building in Pyrmont back to life.

We all love a good cuppa! I’ve been combining the ancient art forms of Cupping & Dry Needling Acupuncture for 15 years as a Physiotherapist. Here’s a current case of a lady suffering Cervical Nerve (neck nerve) entrapment. She suffers sharp debilitating neck pain that radiates down the back of her right arm. The cupping and needling combined w other methods provides her w instant secondary muscular pain relief (lightness) by improving the blood flow and stretching of the Myofascial tissues (immune response), distracting nociceptors (the deeper pain message), immediately flushing the neuromuscular junctions (electro-chemical impulses) between the nerves and the muscles. It’s definitely not as scary or uncomfortable as it looks. It is safe and actually feels quite amazing 😉 - some say it can be quite addictive as a passive and friendly form of pain management. Combine it with exercise rehabilitation in the form of Clinical Pilates w a physio and you’ll be in such a better state of mind and body to manage your health #clinicalpilates#acupuncture#painmanagement#physio#physiotherapy#rehab#neuroplasticity#cupping#dryneedling @bouncerehab #pyrmont#selfmanagement
