Our body has two different types of fat: 🔹️subcutaneous fat and
🔹️ visceral fat.
Visceral fat is laid down around our main organs in our abdomen, in particular around the liver, pancreas and kidneys. 🔶️ Visceral fat produces inflammatory agents that drive metabolic disturbance. 🔶️ Those people who tend to lay down fat around their abdomen (‘apple shape’) have more visceral fat and tend to have a greater risk of developing Type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease and stroke.
Our diet as humans has changed over millions of years. We have evolved from Stone Age, or Palaeolithic Age, of 2 and 1/2 million years ago to now, what we call the Obese Age.
This is as a result of the ready-to-eat food available 24 hours a day at relatively cheap cost, making it very easy to over-consume relative to our energy requirements.
Perseverance is one of the key factors in life, even when times are hard, and you feel down on yourself, you must keep moving forward if you want to attain the things that matter most to you. 💯 @joshgalbraith_
See the opportunity in everything. Just because there is a bump in the road, it doesn’t mean, that you should stop. Always see the opportunity in every bump you meet in the road. If the road is blocked. Then turn a road and try an alternative rute. Nonetheless if you push trough then you will, achieve you goal #qoutes#life#qoutestoliveby#world
Stop being a woes. Man up and don't take offense about trivial things. Have a #blackbelt mentality a #warrior mentality. Don't isolate yourself from people because they hurt you through petty things. Conditioning should go deeper than your skin. The measure of a man lies not in the amount of tattoos and muscle but rather in his ability not to get offended and still do his Godly duty. Don't be a woessie 💪💥
