Premier essai au squat semi assis 😁 qui n'a en fait rien d'un exercice de feignant. Le fait de s'assoir, arrivé en position basse, absorbe toute l'énergie cinétique de la descente et oblige à repartir au point mort d'en bas.

L'important est de garder le dos droit en avançant les jambes un maximum de sorte à bien arriver le dos perpendiculaire. Il faut également veiller à descendre doucement pour ne pas écraser ses lombaires sur le banc; vous ne voulez pas ça....

Strengthening of the quadriceps and core. I read an article that the quads cannot be stretched (https://www.painscience.com/articles/unstretchables.php) but you can strengthen them. Have been doing more legs lately and think they may be a little stronger now. #squats  245kg x6 reps (followed by same in #deadlift) ... BTW wrapped my adductors Here ... as an injury precaution.

INJURIES have made few "terror attempts" on my mental health this year. 2 weeks ago  my adductor was badly "pulled" but without bruising hence I would suspect no muscle tear this time. 4 weeks ago same . In European championships the same. Week before Euros same . And one more in March when I tore my #quadriceps ... Each time after muscle tear I have managed to squat approx 200 kg within 2 weeks which looks like I know what I'm doing... but do I really know my shit or not actually???? 2 weeks ago I bave made some #metaanalysis of my injuries from this year So to speak ... and here are my findings: 
1) it never happened during weight training in 29 years time (yes, I've been training since 1988) therefore it's something that happened this year that made the odds turn against me 
2) it happened in squats with weights approx 30 kg - 40 kg lower than my max .... 3) in all of them I have been descending quicker than I normally do in training.

4) looks like RULES HAVE CHANGED because in 100kg class I could go down as fast as I wanted

5) one of the muscles basically fires prematurely taking all this massive weight at high speed . One muscle can't take what is close to max for all the muscles. So it suffers a pull or tear. 
6) I normally do 20 reps everyday to heal from muscle tear , this time it's too close to comp. I will have to do average of 10 reps #everydaysquat .

7) this way I can be coordinated, rehabbing and PEAKING all at the same time. By coordination I am especially hoping for "crampy" adductor to become a "team player muscle"

I got a good quick workout done and getting to the bottom of the Front Squats without the pins was a super challenge. In another couple of weeks I will be versatile with the movement. The only issue is that since I haven’t squatted deep in a long time both quads are sore and the lack of practice has created odd behaviors like badly aligned feet, etc. I will rectify these problems over the next couple of weeks.

Eu quero assim: magra, musculosa e sequinha. Difícil demais! Aos poucos a gente chega lá. Hoje o treino estava tão bom que quando percebemos, já estávamos puxando ferro a 1h e 20 - totalmente errado, tínhamos que ter terminado em no máximo 50min devido à estratégia hormonal, mas fazer o que, agora já foi. Por hoje foi só isso, agora é manter o jejum até as 14h, almoçar e relaxar pq amanhã tem muito mais!
