-> rep'd out with front squats at a lower weight

🇦🇺 there is no shortcut. Any diet ( iifym, paleo, Atkins, vegan, low carb, intermittent fasting, etc ) if your goal is to lose fat it all comes back to calorie deficit. If you want to also change your body composition- you would want to do weights also. Having supportive people around me especially my spouse @ryantownson definitely a vital factor to my success. Leg presses today to finish the session. Working mainly on single leg presses at very low weights to strengthen the quads without putting as much pressure on the knees & spine. It also helps me expand my range of motion, which is improving. .
First leg press in 2 months without tensor bands. Zero pain. It's amazing our body's ability to repair itself when ya give it the proper tools: active rest, good nutrition, vitamin C (to boost collagen production), turmeric (to reduce inflammation), hot yoga, lots of stretching. ⚕💪🕺
