It's time for you to meet Luke. He's the general manager here @naturalbridgeorganics which means that the other 500+ acres that make up this farm come under his care. When he's not moving cattle, fixing fences and putting out 'spot fires' he works with the market garden team, which we're really happy about! Luke's lived in this area his whole life, before farming he worked in bush regen and he still manages all the extensive regen programs we run at Natural Bridge Organics. Luke's love for organic farming comes from his strong belief in the importance of caring for our environment and especially our soils. He loves getting people interested in where their food comes from and loves catching up with folk at our weekly markets. He also laughs a lot! #Mushroom 🍄 cravings at the moment. Usually I prefer the mixed #mushrooms in one pack. Like shimeji, enoki and king brown mushrooms stir fry with kai lan (aka chinese broccoli). The noodle-like enoki goes so well with the shimeji and sliced king brown mushrooms. Nice dish for tomorrow's #meatlessmonday 👍
The Feed My Soul Banquete from @bonitabonita2460 was amazingly good! Our group of 14 had all sorts of dietary requirements - lactose free, gluten free, vegetarian, pescatarian etc - and these guys catered to everything! Thanks for putting up with us - we were all so full by the end of the night 😄.

It's a cold night, but having blue ginger and lemongrass chicken #curry 🍛@phuc_deli at #southbrisbane just keeps me warm 😌Curry sauce have nice flavour and it's mild. 🥔 are soft, mashed it and mix with the sauce just #yum 😋Served with pickles and 🍚 as a side. Alternatively, can choose crusty 🥖 to go with the curry too 👍
