My thing lately has been experimenting with Buddha bowls. I've learned that the more colorful, the more fun!! I almost always put garbanzo beans and sweet potatoes in my bowl and then I throw in some other veggie to roast too. This one contains zucchini. Then I love throwing some avocado on top for a different texture. My dressing is hummus, which I love love love! Bottom is layered with a spring mix and some quinoa for a super filling meal. Cómo preparar QUINOA??? Desliza ➡️⬅️
Aunque muchos ya saben cómo, algunos no se atreven a prepararla o simplemente cada quien tiene su forma de hacerlo. 
Aquí les dejo como acostumbro yo a preparar Una taza de Quinoa básica. 
1. Lo primero es lavar la quinoa, dejándole correr agua sobre un colador. 
2. Puedes sofreír cebolla en cuadritos con una cucharadita de aceite de oliva puro en una olla. 
3. Agrega la taza de quinoa ya lavada a la olla (para eliminar la saponina que contiene)

4. Añade las 2 tazas de agua y sal rosa al gusto. 
5. Tapa y deja cocinar por 10min a fuego medio. 
6. Transcurrido el tiempo, destapa y cocina por 5 min más. Puedes mover con un tenedor para ver que ya se haya evaporado todo el agua del fondo. 40g Quinoa Uncooked (will be 170g Cooked)
A drop of Vanilla Bean Paste
100g low fat Greek yoghurt
2 Tbsp of Milk
5g flaked Almonds (topping)
Sprinkling of Pomegranate Seeds (topping)

Esta mañana teníamos mucho antojo de algo dulce y decidimos preparar estos pancakes súper saludables y los acompañamos con un batido de proteína de chocolate 👌🏼🤤🍫 Estos Pancakes fit los puedes comer en el desayuno, cena o como preworkout, son muy esponjosos por la mezcla de harinas y tienen un sabor increíble. Los ingredientes que necesitarás para la masa son:

200 gramos de harina de Quinoa, almendras y chia 
1/2 taza de agua
2 huevos
1 cucharadita de aceite de coco
1 plátano chico
1 cucharada de canela en polvo
1 cucharada de vainilla 
4 sobres de Splenda

Para el jam sólo necesitas frambuesas y Splenda, mezcla hasta lograr la consistencia que te guste. (También puedes usar otra fruta)

Para hacer la harina solo necesitas moler bien la Quinoa, almendras y chia hasta lograr una harina fina. ⚠️ Esta mezcla es para dos personas y siempre debes acompañarla con tu porción de proteína☝🏼 La maple 🍁es endulzada con *splenda.
