Vegetarian Christmas Wellington, YAY or NAY? 😊🎄 🎅

Christmas time is my favourite time of the year and this year I am so delighted to make a vegetarian wellington in collaboration with the @organicUK, part of their #feedyourhappy #organichristmas campaign to celebrate organic healthy and happy Christmas with friends and family. This is a delightful collaboration since eating organic produce is what I do and what I encourage everyone to do. There are loads of reasons why eating organic produce is a must, to name few, organic produce is loaded with nutrients, definitely more flavourful, fewer pesticides and free from GMO and most importantly let's all go green not just this Christmas but for the new year ahead for our beloved planet. ::::: receta :::::: Quinoa cocida 220g
2 huevos
15g cacao puro desgrasado
30g crema avellana y cacao
1 café expreso
130g Bebida de Avena
50g Avellanas
60g nueces
45g dátiles
4g levadura química

Trituráis la quinoa cocida con los dos huevos y el cacao. Por otro lado trituráis los dátiles con la bebida de avena. En un recipiente lo mezcláis todo y añadís las avellanas, el café, la crema de avellanas, la lavadura y los mezcláis todo bien. Añadís las nueces troceadas y al horno 35 minutos a 180-190 grados.

Quizá para algunos le falte un toque más de dulce, podéis añadir más dátiles o un par de cucharadas de miel. La receta no es definitiva, seguiré probando.

1 Col sopa de requeijão ou creme de queijo 
1 Col sopa de Farinha de Coco @copra_alimentos
1 Col sopa de quinoa em flocos
1 Col sopa de farelo de aveia @quakerbrasil
1 Col sopa de água 
1 pitada de sal
1 c café de fermento em pó 
Bater o ovo e água com garfo ou fouet até espumar, acrescentar o requeijão e bater bem. Incorporar o sal e as farinhas e por último o fermento. Dourar dos 2 lados em frigideira pequena tampada, untada com óleo de coco, em fogo baixo e se possível uma grelha do fogão sobre a outra

Hoy en mi LUNES SIN CARNE preparé Quinoa almendrada sobre hongo portobello 😍🍄 DELICIOSA 😍 un almuerzo super ligero, practico y fácil😉☝️ ¿como lo hice?👇👇
•puse a cocer 2/3 de taza de quinoa (como si fuera arroz🍚) •Pique cebolla y ajo finamente y la sofreí en un sartén •Pique pimientos morrones y brocoli y los agregué al sartén •Espere a que se cocieran⏲ •Sazoné mi guiso con un poco de salsa de soja, sal y pimienta revolví y listo •Aparte en un sartén puse un poco de aceite de coco y mis portobellos sazonados con sal, pimienta y papikra •Esperé a que se ablandaran un poco y le agregue almendras •Monte y listo!!

현미밥 보다 더 영양이 많다는 퀴노아. 여러가지 야채와 함께 샐러드로 만들었는데 너무 맛있어서 처음엔 야채만 두번째는 연어 구워 넣고 세번째는 새우 데쳐 넣어 세번이나 연속으로 만들어 먹었답니다. 차가운 샐러드 별로 안좋아 하는데 정말 맛있었어요. 😋
퀴노아에는 항염증, 항산화 물질이 풍부하고 좋은 지방과 단백질이 많아 하루에 한 공기씩 먹으면 질병으로 인한 사망의 위험률도 낮게 해준다니 앞으로 자주 먹으려고 해요.
