R3: Easy peasy and extremely tasty Weightwatchers Quorn sausage pasta bake. Very little ingredients, hardly any prep time and was so tasty. Kids loved it too.
Breakfast: Whilst at boot fair I had Overnight scan bran (Dan had oats and daughter had Weetabix).
Lunch: 2 Quorn hot & spicy burger (4 syns), boiled eggs, speedy veg, mushy peas and beans. Salad cream (1 syn).
Dinner: Linda McCartney Rosemary and Red Onion sausages and chorizo sausage (0.5 syns), cloud egg, left over veg with mushroom, leeks, spinach and bacon plus beans.
Treats: Muller Light toffee yogurt and quark. Hifi bar (3 syns), minion puffs (2.5 syns), boiled sweet (0.5 syns), 2 bananas, strawberries, apple.
TOTAL SYNS = 11.5

First attempt at a vegan Katsu curry.. I'm not sure why the sauce looks like gravy but it tastes delicious so 🤷🏻♀️ used quorn vegan breaded fillets and a katsu curry paste. 🍚
