🍜This bowl of pork cutlet tan tan men was hands down the best bowl of ramen I've ever had. The broth was a chicken-pork broth with a sesame base, which gave it a creaminess not often found in ramen. The sesame added texture and flavor, being strong without overpowering. The level of hot spice enhanced the subtle nuances of the soup without burning so much as to dominate. There was a nice ratio of bean sprouts to ramen, so each bite was both chewy and crunchy. The pork was crisped up beautifully. All in all this bowl was stellar and goes down in history as the best I've had to date. I'd love to see it beat!

Ramen is the perfect dish to make to get rid of leftovers! 🍜 And if you don’t want to spend hours on making a flavorful broth, my best tip is to use #miso which will give you tons of flavor in seconds!💡Today I used shiitake soba noodles from @kingsobanoodleculture as a base and topped the whole thing with what you can see in the photo - use whatever you’ve got in your fridge there are no rules (or maybe there are, but I don’t care). 💛👩🏼🍳
