TA would like to thank Heriberto "Valor" Gallegos from Psi Beta Chapter of Wayne State University for an early donation to our annual scholarship! If anyone would like to donate please send to our CashApp: $MSUThetaAlpha #randomactsofkindness#PsiBetacares 💜
Tonight I worked the Donate Life booth at the fair with my mom. We were stationed right next to the Lion's Club booth which allowed us to befriend quite a few older gentlemen; after our shift I we took one outside (who had mentioned how wonderful the state fair corndogs are) and bought him a corn dog to thank him for hours of excellent story telling and conversation #randomactsofkindness#statefair#corndogsrule#oldmenrule
At the end of the day, it's not about what you have or even what you've accomplished. It's about what you've done with those accomplishments.
Its about who you've lifted up, who you've made better. It about what you've given back. 💋💌
To the beautiful soul who just gifted me this stone...thank you so much for your generous heart and reinforcing my current lesson in receiving. 💜 As many special needs mamas would know the balance of giving/receiving is often hugely out of balance. Quite often we are trying to give from depleted empty cups without taking the time needed to refill the soul. This is a lesson I'm acknowledging, sitting with and working through. This stone will always remind me of that. Random acts of kindness can mean more to someone than you will ever know. From my grateful heart...thank you. 💜💜💜 #randomactsofkindness#grateful#receiving#evenhasatinyheartonit

The story behind today's gift 💎
For 19 years, Sue's full-time job was to take care of her boy and help him become a wonderful young man. She did her job well! Now he's a freshman off to college and she finds herself in a new phase of life. What comes next? What's the next chapter in "The Book of Sue"?
She's kept her professional license active and acquired new certificates over the years, so there's plenty of career possibilities. She knows that she wants to give back to her community and to share her gifts and skills. But it IS a little scary heading back to the workforce after all this time! So much has changed and she's changed too.
Her husband is grateful for the care she provided for their family and wishes her clarity and confidence. But he already knows that whatever she decides to do, she will do great job at it and be a success. He simply adores her. 💘
Blue Quartz is a wonderful stone to work with during times of transition between one phase of life and another. It helps us to feel calm, confident and hopeful and it inspires dramatic personal growth. Blue Quartz reminds us that fear is often just a "lack of information" and that the best thing to do is get out there and learn some more. It encourages us to be of service to our community, to be mindful of our breath, and helps us to find the right words to express the tumult of emotions swirling inside us. Blue Quartz gives us confidence and clarity to find our current soul-purpose. It invites us to enjoy the present moment and all the delightful possibilities it offers!
So today I was given this flower by a sweet girl and her mom as a random act of kindness. 💕🌼
This sort of thing needs to happen more often because little did they know, I was having a really rough day today.
Between getting a slow start to my day, Ryker and I still fighting off colds, which has made Ryker grumpy and in turn makes me grumpy, then that being the third store we had been to trying to find birthday supplies...we had both had enough.
So, thank you so much to this mother and daughter for bringing a bit of sunshine into a seemingly gloomy day. I have every intention of paying it forward and I challenge others to do so as well! ~
If you have the opportunity to do a random act of kindness this week, please do and share it in the comments! I would love to see my notifications full of these wonderful moments and maybe that can help others think of ideas as well! ❤
it's true, most people are going through some sort struggle right now. whether it be personal, relationship, financial, job or the current state of the world ~ people are in it. let's do our best to be empathetic towards others, and get into their mindset and their world. be kind. be patient. be loving. do random acts of kindness, just because. here's an easy example ... be a flower fairy & place flowers on someone's car. imagine the smile it will hopefully put on their face. i just did & it felt fantastic. *
This morning I caught an older man off guard. I was standing in line at Starbucks to get a gift card for this card, but walked out of line because I was running late and decided to stick the money in the envelope and go grab my drink. I then walked back to the line and said "here you go!" to this man whose response was "oh, what!?" He looked puzzled as my friend and I walked out, but I figured the card would clue him in. 😜 ☕️ #RandomActsOfKindness#MyFavoriteThing#Happiness#Gratitude#CoffeeForYou#GoodVibes
The rumors are true. @Chewy is super stealth awesome! I put pictures on their Facebook of Pooh Bear playing in one of their boxes. I told them that we were moving and using mainly their boxes, and that we'd already had our first order sent to the house. Part 2 of my order arrived today along with a box of cat toys!!! How cool is that?? If not from this interaction, they may have slipped them in after my last talk with Customer Service about the PetSmart buyout. There was no note and they were in their own box, but the name and address was formatted exactly as it is on my other shipments, so I KNOW it was from them! #chewydotcom#cats#catsofinstagram#customerservice#winning#randomactsofkindness
I'm going to challenge you all today to think about what you can do for someone else. There's a time and place to put yourself first but today I want you to share the kindness and do something out of the ordinary for someone else. Whether that be folding the washing for your partner, buying someone a coffee or even just having a conversation with someone you haven't for a while. Try it today ❤️

I am not crafty, and my school does not have a color printer.... I want to encourage my kids to be kind and to document any random acts of kindness they see. We voted on the name for the jar, and this was all them. The do-gooder in me is full of pride!! #RandomActsofKindness#TeachKindness
A huge thank you to @disneygirlbeauty for the adorable #disney stationary she sent me! How cute are those Mickey sticky notes? And I can't wait to use those stamps! She's so sweet and I love her Instagram, so go check her out!!! And these are my newly painted Disney and Pixar rocks! Some of which I will be randomly placing around the area! #randomactsofkindness#rockpainting#rockhiding#rockhunting#painting
Great support for the #RAOKUSA movement! Show your support joining us on Facebook & spreading kindness @raokusa **Random Act of Kindness Challenge** It takes 21 days to create a habit. I have kept my opinions to myself recently for the sole fact that words mean nothing. It takes action...massive amounts of action. A lot of people will voice their opinion on social media about certain events, yet, will do nothing about it to make a difference. I'm not asking for likes, shares or comments. What I'm going to ask from you, is to watch what I dedicate myself to and hopefully some people will follow and join me by my example. For the next 21 days, I will do at least one random act of kindness a day to show others that there is still some good in this world. Religion nor race means nothing...what matters, is knowing right from wrong and choosing right every single time!!
It's time to bring our communities and work places back together, and I'm going to start with Citrus County, Palm Beach County, and Royal Legacy Consulting. "From one little spark, may burst a huge flame." Stay tuned world!
