Time to get back to whole food, after processed Xmas food and feeling swollen. It’s not quantity, it’s quality. Chemicals in food may cause health issues. Look at the ingredients you’re eating, if you recognise and know them. Stick with what you know. A potato contains healthy carbs, vitamins and protein. It’s satisfying and stops craving, as you feel full. Always try and buy organic food, when you can.
At Christmas my trolley used to be full of alcohol. Now I can have a couple of drinks and that’s it. I really don’t like the hangover. I’m shopping for glass, as the BPA in plastic leaches into the water. Love these, they are only 75p a bottle, in Sainsbury’s. I’m not currently wanting a filter, where I live, so this water is great. Have a few drinks and then lots of water at Christmas.

So I took the risk despite it being out of my comfort zone. I was invited to do a live interview by a US radio station, that have a global audience, on hypnotherapy and holistic healing. The interview was today. I didn't share the live link with anyone! It was out of my comfort zone just like it was when I did a challenge a few weeks ago to create videos on YouTube for my business. How can this be happening, to feel nervous and yet excited, to feel out of my comfort zone despite having a 21 year career in lecturing? How can this be? Well it might have something to do with what happened to me after my nervous breakdown a couple of years ago and being so unwell. I sense that some of my confidence of being seen or heard in a public domain took a dive. I also felt the importance and significance of the work I'm doing now with RTT (rapid transformational therapy) and it really mattered. So I felt the fear, turned it into excitement and did it. Soon after I kept thinking why didn't I say this or that then I realised that I should be praising myself and that I did the best I could and it was just the first one. The radio station called me up afterwards and said they rated it as 9.2/10! They asked for my feedback and I said I was pleasantly surprised and perhaps would have not given it such a high score! Anyway the experience was great for me and made me realise what am I waiting for? The time is now to let the world know about what I do and why I do it. I can be both a master and work in progress! When using rice, if you want to reduce your weight, to reduce down your calories, swap out a few spoons of rice for vegetables. Still make it tasty with red onion, shitake mushrooms, asparagus etc. Your mind won’t notice, it could be around 300 calories less per meal but it’ll soon reduce your waistline. If you just do that chance alone, in 10 days, you’ll lose nearly 1 pound! Over the course of months, it all adds up.
You can only make changes by daily small steps, which add up to achieve successful results. Make every 24 hours count and you will succeed. Say No to what stops you, and YES to wanting to see it through, you can do it. 💪
Love fruit, it contains great vitamins, so don’t be put off eating some fruit. I’ve eaten it all my life and stay lean eating it. If you have a fructose issue, then grapes and satsumas are 50% glucose, so that balances it. I do have fructose malabsorption, which means I can’t eat too much, especially on an empty stomach, and not juice. So best to eat fruit with nuts or protein, at the same time. Fresh food is the best. That’s lovely watermelon and pineapple. It’s so refreshing and delicious, and great for you. Without any vitamin C, from some fruit and vegetables, people can get scurvy, a serious vitamin deficiency disease. Have it after an egg for breakfast.
One session with rapid transformational therapist during the one of the final exams that we had last week and I AM FREE FROM THE ALLERGY I WRONGLY BELIEVED I NEED FOR MORE THEN 20 YEARS. Could not find even one piece of wool or fur outfit in my wardrobe (on the pic I have a fur collar that friend of mine kindly gave me for an hour ), because I stopped buying it due to the past believe,which was successfully eradicated from my system by MYSELF during the session!!! I COULD not be near animals or wool in the past for more then 20 min. Today I spent 1 hour with the fur collar on my head ( I know it sounds ridiculous) and 30 min my friend's dog spent on my lap!!!! This is what consistent effort did to transform me. I did it by eating real food, doing fitness at home, and being consistent. From big untoned arms, to scrawny arms, now to muscular arms. 😊💪Everyone has 24 hours a day, it’s all about your choices.
A healthy balance of real food, is the ideal way to get lean and stay lean. It’s all about your perception, to me I don’t feel deprived, if I don’t eat cake everyday, as I don’t want it! Choose the words you say to yourself carefully, as your mind is taking them as instructions.

Just had results back from doing The MBTI Step 2 Personality Assessment (Myers Briggs ) turns out that I have gone from 3 years ago an ENFP to now INFP.
This test suggests how we have opposing ways of gaining energy (Extraversion or Introversion), gathering or becoming aware of information (Sensing or Intuition), deciding on or coming to a conclusion about information (Thinking or Feeling) , and dealing with the world around us (Judging or Perceiving). What has changed for me over the last 3 years is that rather than focusing on the #outside world 🌎 to get ENERGY, I prefer to FOCUS on the inner world and get energy through reflecting on information and ideas. I DO this through #meditation and #mindfulness .
INFP's typically CARE deeply about people and VALUES and are curious about new POSSIBILITIES. Loyal to people and causes💙 Often have INSIGHTS into people and relationships and like to consider what's IMPORTANT in life. They may accomplish many things at the same time. Like working independently and learning all they can about a subject. 😝This explains WHY I LOVE WHAT I DO!
INFP's are likely to be most satisfied in a work environment that VALUES what they care about and allows them the flexibility to follow their ideals. Others can count on them to pay attention to what MATTERS for people.

I was always struggling with my weight, from a teenager, to five years ago. Now I know it was my mind I had to sort out, to get results. No macro counting, no excluding real carbs like potatoes, just pure real food, in a healthy balanced way, is the best way to get lean and stay lean, pure and simple. It's now getting your mind to want it, that is key. Train your mind to choose it, enjoy it. Don't say, ''Oh no, I can't eat this and that.'' If you do, your mind will make it think about it and then you will eat whatever you're craving. You can achieve your ideal body, the simple way, and then it will stay like that and the excess weight won't return.
It's never too late to improve on your health, wealth, love and happiness. Never give up, you can make big improvements from adjusting small daily choices. Real food is key, with some moderate exercise.
From the moment you wake up, whether you press snooze or you jump out of bed, to your choice of breakfast, can determine your weight goals. If you get up 45 minutes earlier, by going to bed 45 minutes earlier, and do an exercise routine, you will make a great new habit. Add to that, a couple of free range organic eggs for breakfast and you have set your day up for success. (Obviously if you are ok with eggs!). Small adjustments make all the difference, to achieve long term weight goals.
When things get stressful in life, and there's emotional tension to release, there can be a subconscious need to turn to food. Even if you're not hungry, your mind will look to take you away from pain and towards pleasure. If you were 'treated' with chocolate as a child, your mind remembers and you get the urge to eat it. When you deal with the past and let it go of tension, then the desire goes also. This is key to achieving your ideal body. Along with sticking with real food, 80% of the time.
You can achieve what you want when you speak to yourself in an encouraging way. Give yourself goals and focus how you'll feel when you get there. The moment of eating something compared to the long term feeling of achieving your ideal body.
This is the perfect time to set your goal, to achieve your ideal body. The kids are back to school, summer is over, and the party season is just over three months away. So no better time to get your body ready for that outfit you want to wear. It's all about eating real food when you're hungry. If you don't know the reason why you do what you do, then RTT therapy is the ideal method. You don't need to count calories when you do RTT, however, this just shows how you can have a large substantial meal, and still lose weight. You don't need to starve or cut out real food groups. You get all that food, which can be equivalent to a low calorie sandwich, or a bottle of smoothie. However, you can have this big dinner, and feel full, you don't need to eat again that evening.
Lovely wedding starter. It's made me want to add smoked salmon back into my food, as like a lot of people, you try something once and don't like it. Then never try it again, that can be a mistake. I've posted wedding photos on my Facebook.
Your mind is key to achieve your goals. Tell it the right words, as words create thoughts, that create feelings, leading to emotions and then actions, to results. All starting from a few key words in your inner voice. Start your day off with praising yourself, and carry it on throughout the day. See how you feel at the end, and the choices you make because of it.
These meals are great to help my clients realise that they can choose real food, eat well, not starve and still lose weight. Just no picking in between, have a couple of snacks, and nothing after dinner and you can get lean eating well, when it's real food. That is a tuna steak, with just a brushing of olive oil on the potato, and stir fry veg, in a little coconut oil.
