Have you ever tried raw crackers? I think they are the best! These are home made and based on flax seeds and oil free sundried tomatoes. I also made two types of raw crackers this weekend. On the left are Cheesy Almond Rosemary crackers and on the right are Coconut Flour crackers (both recipes off Yummly). The rosemary ones are super delicious! Lots of flavour! The coconut flour ones are only ok. Raw vegan Avocado tomato sandwiches for lunch today(scroll for more pics)! Omg I'm in heaven! Raw vegan v8 crackers(baby carrots, cocktail tomatoes, red bell pepper and celery dehydrated at 115 degrees overnight) stacked with mashed avocado sprinkled with dill weed, thick sliced tomato, onion greens and iceberg lettuce. Green Juice Pulp Crackers! 💚 This delicious recipe is a great way to use leftover juice pulp, it is 100% vegan & its raw! You are going to need a Dehydrator (recipe below), if you dont have one, you can also use your oven at 115°F. I am having mine for lunch with fresh Tomatoes from my garden & spicy vegan Cashew Cream Sauce (Cashew cream recipe is on my website. Link in Bio) 💛
🌱 1 Cucumber
🌱 2 cups Parsley
🌱 10 stalks of Celery
🌱 2 cups Spinach
🌱 3 Green Apples
🌱 1 Lemon (unpeeled)
🌱 1 Lime (unpeeled)
🌱 1inch Ginger Root
🌱 1/4 cup Flax Seed
🌱 1/4 cup Chia Seeds
🌱 2 tablespoons of Sesame Seeds
🌱 1 tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar
🌱 1/4 cup of Nutritional Yeast
🌱 1 cup Water or Green Juice
🌱 1 tablespoon of Garlic Salt
🌱 For every 1 cup of pulp, mix the additional ingredients in a high speed blender or food processor.
🌱 On parchment paper, pour the cracker mixrure. Spread evenly until mixture is about 1/4 inch thick or less.
🌱 Score cracker mixture where you wamt crackers to break with a knife by wiggling slightly.
🌱 Top with Hemp Hearts and your preferred spices. I used a Spicy Spice blend.
🌱 Set your dehydrator to 115°F for 8 hours.
🌱 After 8 hours, flip the cracker onto the grid and peel off parchment paper. Let cracker continue in the dehydrator until you get crispy goodness!
🌱 Makes about 2-3 trays of crackers depending on your dehydrator. I have a round SnackMaster.

Tonight, I spent some quality time with my mom. Made a little picknick, rode my bike over there, and we went to the park. Enjoying the last bit of sun with some cruelty-free foods. Does Life get any better than this?! ☺️In this picture, you can see raw crackers topped with hummus and beetrootsalad. The crackers are home made with the #excaliburdehydrator and the toppings were bought at zerowaste shop @kabas_verpakkingsvrijleven in #Mechelen . Feeling so blessed to be surrounded by kind loving souls, and to be able to move my body and to feed it with wholesome plant based foods. I kid you not; this kind of foods not only feed your body, but also your soul and spirit. Just try it. And share it with loved ones!! It doubles the nourishing effect of foods. 🙌
