hello lunchtime cake at @rawtrader 😍👌🏼 The s'more cake was soooooo good, filled with 'chocolate' chunks, and a marshmallowey topping - all made from organic, natural, vegan ingredients 👌🏼@rawtrader is also super conscious about their impact on the environment - all of their recyclable packaging is either biodegradable and/or compostable 😊 #consciouscafehunting

I see #pumpkinspice everything, Halloween decorations and dried corn in the marketplace.
Do they start earlier each year? Or is it just me?
When you go shopping, it's sweaters, coats and boots
But I don't know about you, I'm still in shorts and flip-flops.
It doesn't feel like Fall, yet.
But I still want to get in the Pumpkin Spice spirit..
This spicy and creamy pumpkin-pie filling with caramel and pecans is a crowd pleaser.
Turtle Pumpkin Squares "Graham Cracker" Crust
1½ cups raw walnuts
1½ cups shredded dried coconut
½ cup raw cane sugar
½ cup raisins
6 medjool dates, pitted
Pinch of sea salt
Place the walnuts, coconut and raw sugar in food processor fitted with an s-blade and process until finely ground. Add raisins, dates and salt and process until it begins to stick together. Do not over-process. Transfer crust mixture into a 9-x-12 baking pan lined with parchment paper. Spread evenly and press down with hands to compact.
2 cups raw pumpkin, diced small (I recommend sugar pumpkin)
1 cup raw cashews, soaked 1–2 hours, drained and rinsed
1¼ cups coconut milk
½ cup raw agave nectar, honey or maple syrup (sweetener of choice)
¼ cup medjool dates, pitted and packed
2 teaspoons vanilla powder
2 teaspoons pumpkin spice
1/8 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/8 teaspoon sea salt
1 tablespoon lecithin powder
½ cup coconut oil, melted
Place pumpkin, cashews, coconut milk and agave nectar in high-speed blender and blend until creamy. Add dates and spices and continue blending until fully incorporated and smooth. Add lecithin and coconut oil and blend until completely incorporated. Pour mixture evenly over "Graham Cracker" Crust and spread evenly with a spatula. Cover lightly and place in refrigerator on a flat surface for at least 2 hours.
Turtle Topping (Caramel and Nuts)
2 tablespoons lucuma powder
2 tablespoons maple syrup
2 tablespoons raw pecan pieces
In a small bowl, mix lucuma powder and maple syrup together with a spoon until a creamy caramel forms. Drizzle over firmed pumpkin squares and decorate with pecan pieces. #rawdessert#foodporn#rawvegan

Good Morning. OMG! How good this was today! 😍😍😍 I have to make it for Rob and Maks when they comes back home! I fried 2 small bananas. I blended one of them with fullhand of frozen raspberries and vanilla yoghurt. Then I laid in the jar together with the other fried banana and some mint. So so yummy! And so simple! Breakfast I can count as Superb today! Have a delicious day Everyone.
