Dinner prepped! Put red cabbage, spring mix, broccoli, roma tomatoes, green bell pepper, #rainbowradish sprouts, raisins, italian seasoning, and Chipotle seasoning in your bowl. Blend 1 avocado, 1 yellow squash (peeled and diced), and the juice of 1 lemon. Mix it all together, cover and let marinade in fridge until dinner. Yum!

One thing that I’m doing different with my diet now that I’m helping my daughter with her diet is snack time. Instead of doing fruit and greens, I am focusing on raw vegetables. So this is my snack today (all raw) before dinner. Then dinner will be some roasted gold potatoes, sweet potatoes, zucchini, and onion. 👍🏻

Vegan Cauliflower & Potato Masala over blackbean noodles for dinner. I’m crying right now because the taste is too damn good not to cry! And the gluten-free naan ties it all together. I roasted the cauliflower in avocado oil, turmeric, garam masala, and smoked paprika. Steamed the potatoes and added black Himalayan salt. Because of some scheduling problems I had to move today’s strength and bike workout over to the weekend! So this weekend has turned into some long sessions of training, but Im excited! It also means that I had a rest day today! 😁 Was able to enjoy a nice little sleep in, and catch up on some work before school this morning. Not doing much tonight except for watching modern family on Netflix and enjoying this delicious but random dinner combo. Was really in the mood for some berries, and a big salad. So I made a salad with sauerkraut, pickled beets (have a little obsession at the moment 😍), carrot, cucumber, and tomatoes. Bei unseren Retreat am 19.11. auf Teneriffa wird es wieder einen Rohkost-Tortenworkshop geben, wo die Teilnehmer lernen ihre eigenen Rezepte zu kreieren. Beim letzten Mal sind dort die leckersten Torten aller Zeiten entstanden: Orangen-Creme-Torte, Snickers-Torte, Maulwurfkuchen und Marzipan-Erdbeerkuchen. Die waren so köstlich. - 1 banana congelada

My kale salad obsession 😀 I made it tonight with raspberries and red cabbage. Base is kale, arugula and spinach with home made sprouts and avocado. The dressing is tahini, lime and a bit of cayenne pepper and maple. It was crunchy, sweet, savory and had a kick to it from the pepper. Dressing is 5 sundried tomatoes, 2 roma tomatoes, 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar, 1 Tbs hemp seeds, zucchini middles, 2 dates, fresh basil and 1 whole baby bell mushroom. 1. Remojar las semillas de chia con 6 cdas de agua hasta que se forme un gel
2.colocar todos los ingredientes en una licuadora hasta q se forme una consistencia espesa(sin las nueces) 
3.aceitar una placa de horno y ponerlos 25 min.

The walnut taco mix is walnuts, tamari, cumin, smoked paprika, chipotle in the food processor. Cashew cream from cashews, apple cider vinegar, lemon and water. This will be on the menu again. Dinner date with my study notes 🙈😂 A delicious salad for dinner (spinach, kale, cucumber, tomato, parsley, tahini, coconut amino, lemon, and sprouts). I’m really happy kales back in season. It’s definitely one of my favorite greens for salads and smoothies. It’s been common in holland for a really long time. My dad used to make it for my family in a dish called boerenkool...basically (kale mashed with potatoes 😣). I definitely prefer it in this form! It’s cool to see how it’s becoming such a popular green food🍃I had a rest day today, and spent it taking driving lessons, and studying.
