Good morning ☀️Before the week starts, I want to share with you the most delicious Raw MATCHA, LIME & VANILLA CUPCAKES 💚They are so delicious and I had so much fun making them! It was pretty fast and I am in love with them as they are greatly refreshing thanks to Matcha green tea. 📸 via @raw.treasure 😉
1 cup almonds
1/2 cup flaxseeds (grounded)
1/4 cup cacao powder
Pinch on pink Himalayan salt (or Celtic sea salt)
Place all dry ingredients into the food processor, process until broken down. Add dates and process again, until the mixture reassembles sticky dough.
Press into silicon cupcake moulds. It makes about one tray (6 cupcakes)
1 1/2 cup cashews (soaked overnight)
1/2 cup almond milk
2 Tbsp maple syrup (or sweetner of your choice - agave/raw honey...)
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup cacao butter (can be replaced with 1/3 cup coconut oil)
Add all ingredients apart of the butter/oil into the blender. Blend well. Add the oil and blend again. Scoop the cream onto the cupcake base to the very top. Place in freezer for 4 hours. •
2 cups cashews (soaked)
1/3 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup maple syrup
Juice of 1 Lime
2 Tbsp Matcha powder
1/3 cup coconut oil
Add all ingredients apart of the butter/oil into the blender. Blend well. Place in the fridge for 4hrs.
Once solid, make swirls on the top of each cupcake. Let set in fridge for 3-4 hours. Once solid, dust with additional matcha powder and sprinkle rose petals.

Something we can't stress enough about cats - they are obligatory carnivores 🍖and thrive on raw food. Lilo loved the pork formula from #radcat SO much, she picked it out from her canned food. Now that she is all raw, we can't wait for less stinky 💩.
THE DETOX POWER OF SMOOTHIES
While sleeping, the body goes through a clean-up mode. It takes about four hours for the body to finish the digestion process before it can get busy cleaning and detoxing. When late night or heavy dinners happen, it pushes this window back.
A complete overnight cleanse takes about eight hours. This is why it’s important to allow 12 hours between eating dinner and breakfast. If you interrupt the cleaning process with a big morning meal that has to be digested, the cleaning doesn’t finish and those toxins are left inside to cause trouble like breakouts and dull skin.
Smoothies, especially of the green kind, are filled with vitamins, minerals and nutrients that are already pre-digested by the act of blending. Plus the vegetables and fruits are full of fiber that will act as little brooms to sweep away the toxins that have been released overnight and need to be properly eliminated.
The fiber will also keep you full and satisfied until lunch. Expect a lot more energy since the body doesn’t have to steal the energy to break down a heavy or large meal. What a great bonus to clearer skin! 👍 #shilajit

Since I have been eating only fruits and leafy greens since March 21st, I've been using this stuff for a week now, with absolutely no rash, itching, or discomfort at all. I am wondering if this means that my body is no longer toxic!☺🤗😍

Amazing to learn new things about what is out there in my city. Spent today at @grubmcr #mayfieldmcr who run every Sunday as a plant based street food market. There's all sorts of quirky little additions, and it's a really cool and innovative use of a derelict old space. Sometimes I really love Manchester…in fact often I really love #Manchester ! Truly inspirational and super easy recipe and I am going to try to make it right now 😝
#Recipe : • 4 cups thinly sliced bok choy • 6 tablespoons Braggs Liquid Aminos, divided • tablespoon sesame oil, divided • 1 1/2 cup thinly sliced mushrooms • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar • young Thai coconut, meat and liquid • water (enough to make 2 1/2 cups total liquid when combined with the liquid from the coconut) • 1/2 teaspoon cumin • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric • 1 1-inch piece ginger, peeled and chopped fine • 1 teaspoon raw chili garlic sauce • Himalayan salt and pepper to taste
1. Toss bok choy with 3 tablespoons Braggs Liquid Aminos and 2 tablespoons sesame oil. Dehydrate at 115 degrees for 1 hour.
2. Toss mushrooms with remaining braggs, sesame oil and coconut sugar. Let marinate for at least one hour.
3. Place coconut flesh, coconut water and water in high-speed blender. Blend until the mixture starts to feel warm.
4. Add cumin, turmeric, ginger, raw chili garlic sauce, salt and pepper. Blend until combined.
5. Remove to bowl, stir in bok choy and mushrooms. Re-heat gently if desired.

Arming myself with the tools I need to successfully eat 100% Raw Vegan in the upcoming Michigan Winter. I ate 100% raw for 6 months and when the weather got cold, that's when I fell off last time and started eating cooked foods again.

I don't drink fruit juices a lot, just because I prefer the nutrient to sugar ratio of veg juices (and when you pack away as much as I do, it's a definite consideration to make!) Ставим в теплое темное место и следим за тем, чтобы марля оставалась влажной. Через 1– 3 дня – можно есть! Только промойте готовые проростки холодной водой, чтобы избавиться от резкого запаха. Ежедневная норма – 50– 100 г.
Тем, кто всерьез подсел на проростки, имеет смысл купить спраутер – многоярусное приспособление для проращивания с поддоном и мелкими дырочками на каждом ярусе. В нем одновременно можно получить разные виды проростков и проще контролировать процесс.
концентрация глюкорафанина, обладающего мощным антираковым действием, в спраутсах в 50 раз выше, чем в самой капусте.
Как есть? К классическому супу-пюре из брокколи добавить проростки. Другой вариант: смешать спрауты со сметаной и зеленью и подать как заправку к печеному картофелю и другим овощам.
