Ingredients first layer: 🔹6 tbsp coconut oil 🔹 5-6 tbsp raw cocoa 🔹 6 tbsp agave syrup 🔹 4 tablespoons peanut butter or other nut butters. .
Ingredients second layer: 🔹 3 tbsp peanut butter 🔹 1 tbsp agave 🔹 1 tbsp coconut oil.
Blend, freeze for about an hour, then EAT! 😍

If you do not have your period because of the amount of exercise you are doing (hypothalamic amenorrhea), the truth is that to get your period back, the amount of exercise that should be done is... as little as possible.
Plus, the amount of food and calories that you are eating should increase - yes, I will say it again: the solution is to drop the amount of exercise that you are doing while eating more.
And this is where everything fails.
They may know the answer to their problem but the reality is that most women in this case, find it very difficult to cut back their exercise so drastically.
Not having your period means that your lifestyle, and all it's components is causing your body stress, even if you don’t feel like you’re stressed. Because the truth is that exercise increases cortisol secretion - a type of physiological stress.
