Today I received an abundance of #LOVE AND an abundance of vibrant produce as gifts at my home town local #farmersmarket . I had not been in town in months and my beautiful friends showered me with what felt like better than gold! I felt so special😭 and they really lifted my spirit! They gave me SO much that I have tons to share! Giving fruit is such a great gift to give and not to mention receive! It's beautiful, full of life and almost always makes you do a happy dance💃🏻when you taste it! I am blown away by these "spicy chicken" boca burgers. I was skeptical to try them but pleasantly surprised that the taste and texture were so spot on. Tastes. Like. Chicken. 🐓

Banana sushi made with nut butters from @jemorganics, which is based right here in Bend! 🤗 Cashew cardamom almond butter with strawberry jam and chia seeds, chocolate hazelnut butter with crushed pistachios, and cinnamon maca almond butter with shredded coconut 💗💗💗 I popped these guys in the freezer for ten minutes before serving 😎
True life: I've been eating since I finished my run😂🙏🏼 This dinner was made in a quick fit of hanger but definitely did not disappoint (I also had 3 servings and a brown rice tortilla added after the pic). @grainfuloats Thai curry, spring mix, @farmhouseculture classic kraut cause #guthealth , steamed broccoli with NOOCH, and hummus. Again--I ate about three times this and am still eating😂 Just keeping it real, because I would never want someone to look at a small dinner after such a long run and think that was all I had/think that's what they should do. Well this was just thee perfect dish for this chilly Sunday morning! Prepped this oatmeal last night, set the oven to start while we were in church, and came home to a baked oatmeal and an amazing smelling house! Such an easy dish to prep and perfect comfort food in this cold front! 🌬

Dink "medicinal” teas by steeping freshly picked herbs your garden in water. If you can’t get hold of fresh herbs that easily, buy some from your farmer’s market or local organic shop and dry a bunch of different #herbs out by hanging them up, or laying them out. Store them in an air-tight jar when fully dry. Don’t bother with the low grade #teabags that abound on the market, they really aren’t up to the job! #uglybynature
Work Time !
This is what I have been taking to work . Being prepared is the key to success. Over the last 18 months on the @medicalmedium protocol , I have learned what helps me to get through an 8.5 hour shift . And these are my favorites right now.
I usually take around 6 ripe bananas. That I eat with a celery stick. I usually eat 2 at a time. I make sure to eat every 1.5 hours.
I also always take at least 1 juice and today I have 3! One is 2 sweet potatoes and 3 small apples, with a couple dashes of cinnamon, cardamom, and nutmeg 🤤😍it's so good! The second is straight cucumber juice 🥒which is the best hydrating tonic there is! And amazing for cleansing the liver and has improved my digestion so much! The 3rd juice is my green juice of 5 asparagus spears, fennel, couple handfuls of spinach, parsley , cilantro, celery and Apple. I have been juicing my greens to make sure I get enough in. Especially when I work, because eating a salad is usually not an option.
I am also taking some black organic grapes. And not pictured is 40 ounces of lemon water, and an herbal tea. Today I have a mix of rose hip, nettle , raspberry leaf , red clover, and elderberry.
I used to get serious blood sugar issues, feel like passing out at work, get dizzy, feel like fainting . I would drink 2 or 3 lattes per day! Just to get by. 🤦🏻♀️🙄
And now I feel great! I get through my shifts without feeling any of this. Filling my body with fruits and veggies has completely changed my life 😊👩🎤

Lookie here, everyone, I made a pizza! 🍕 Here's the thing with me and pizza: I can practically inhale it like oxygen, which is why it's optimal for me to stick to a single-serving crust! 🙊
As a late lunch, I got to try the cauliflower pizza crust--yes, it's vegan!! ✊🏻--from @traderjoes, topped it all with sweet chili marinara sauce, @sweetearthfoods barbecue savory grounds, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, spinach, red onion, and butternut squash! 👅🌿🍅🥗🍠🌶 The pizza was so darn delicious and I'm looking forward to trying new combinations! Currently, I'm thinking a curry pizza, Thai peanut pizza, Hawaiian pizza, and pesto greens pizza, but there are honestly endless possibilities! I also really recommend the barbecue grounds--they were so flavorful, filling, and delectably chewy in every bite! ❤️☀️😜
💛 PAPAYA MANGO SMOOTHIE this is one of my favorite smoothies to have for breakfast or whenever I am craving something tropical 🌴

½ Papaya, diced and seeds removed
1 Mango diced
Freshly squeezed orange juice, from three oranges
⅓ Cup plain coconut yoghurt

🌞Let's get it going!!🌞
Place all ingredients in blender
Blend until smooth
Top with additional fruit

If you can't morally justify killing this calf to yourself, then why carry on eating it's products? We don't need meat to survive or for nutrients, and we have thousands of other healthier choices. This only leaves pleasure and a lack of motivation for change as reasons to continue paying people to kill these innocent animals.
