The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition published a study which claims that green tea extract contains thermogenic properties and promotes fat oxidation.

It has been shown that the regular consumption of green tea can increase thermogenesis (your body’s rate of burning calories) from 8-10% to 35-43% of daily energy expenditure.

According to another study, if you exercise immediately after drinking matcha green tea, you can experience 25% more fat burning during exercise.

Compared to other green teas, Matcha is richer in chlorophyll because it is grown in the shade. Chlorophyll is the pigment that gives leaves their green color.

It has been shown that chlorophyll can detoxify the body and eliminate heavy metals, toxins, dioxins, poisons and hormone disrupters.

Matcha is a good source of caffeine, but not the one found in regular coffee. This type of caffeine is called theophylline and is known for its ability to sustain the energy levels without causing any side effects.

Theophylline supports the function of the adrenal glands and maintains optimum hormonal levels, which in turn improves your energy levels.

Matcha #tea is an excellent source of antioxidants. In fact, it contains about 137 times the polyphenols, epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), as compared to the content of a regular #greentea.

There's a lot of confusion on whether crisps are vegan or not - well, they are! Atleast most of the time they are, the only flavor that has animal products in it is usually the cheese and onion flavor; otherwise all vegan, even the meat flavors!
Of course this is largely brand specific, but the majority of brands will be much the same.
As for Doritos, most flavors are not vegan - but the one that is is the chilli heatwave flavor. 
So, you dont need to go buying fancy organic vegetable chips if you dont want to; the ordinary ones are fine!

Starting off Monday on a somewhat healthier yet more creative note: beet red velvet waffles made from @lakantosweetener pancake mix, @traderjoes maca powder, @wholefoods chia seeds, and @workoutlife beetroot powder! ❤️🥞 I topped this lovely platter of rich, earthy, and fluffy waffles with @lakantosweetener monkfruit maple syrup, @truenutrition vegan salted caramel protein, a @healthwarrior dark chocolate cherry chia bar, homemade muesli, powdered Stevia, and @pulppantry grain-free cacao crunch granola! 🍫🍒
The red color of the waffles didn’t turn out as vibrantly as I wanted to, but they still look nice and tasted amazing! 😗💖 And I’m also getting Valentine’s Day vibes from seeing this! That’s only two months and three days away, which is insane! I can’t believe 2018 is so close by! 😱💝💘

LCM bars used to be one of my favourite snacks to take to school for recess as a kid (whenever mum let me because they are full of sugar🤣) BUT I have recreated a HEALTHY and VEGAN version of the LCM bar!!!🎉 You may have seen in previous post that I have created a vanilla version but this time I made them chocolate flavoured!🍫 And I drizzled white choc over the top🤤 They are super yummy and take me back to my primary school days😂👅 I hope you all have a super beautiful day💫🌸🌈 I’m just going to leave this quote here ~ ‘If you cant see anything beautiful about yourself, get a better mirror. The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition published a study which claims that green tea extract contains thermogenic properties and promotes fat oxidation.

It has been shown that the regular consumption of green tea can increase thermogenesis (your body’s rate of burning calories) from 8-10% to 35-43% of daily energy expenditure.

According to another study, if you exercise immediately after drinking matcha green tea, you can experience 25% more fat burning during exercise.

Compared to other green teas, Matcha is richer in chlorophyll because it is grown in the shade. Chlorophyll is the pigment that gives leaves their green color.

It has been shown that chlorophyll can detoxify the body and eliminate heavy metals, toxins, dioxins, poisons and hormone disrupters.

Matcha is a good source of caffeine, but not the one found in regular coffee. This type of caffeine is called theophylline and is known for its ability to sustain the energy levels without causing any side effects.

Theophylline supports the function of the adrenal glands and maintains optimum hormonal levels, which in turn improves your energy levels.

Yesterday, we said goodbye to Sol, Misty and November—our 3 openly rescued birds. They are going to live on a sanctuary where they will be free from human violence and exploitation. Don’t worry, their coops are heated so they will be warm. Big shout out to farm sanctuary owners and operators! It is incredibly hard work. 😭🐔🦃🦃 #OpenRescue

Es gibt Höhen und Tiefen. Wichtig ist nur dass du nicht in dem Tief hängen bleibst. Nehme dich wahr, nehme wahr wo du stehst und fange an dich wirklich zu akzeptieren. Ich sehe bei mir immer sehr deutlich, dass es mir viel besser geht, wenn ich mich annehme und da abhole wo ich gerade bin. So komme ich auch immer wieder aus schwierigen Zeiten raus. Wenn ich jedoch krampfhaft Versuch jemand anderes zu sein oder mich garnicht erst wahrnehme, Mehle die ch wie ich an mir vorbei und immer tiefer in die Schwierigkeiten rutsche..... Meine Gnocchis mit "Käsesoße" waren sehr gut. Kann ich nur empfehlen wenn man was so richtig leckeres fürs Herz und Körper und Gefühl und alles braucht ♥️
